Developing Capability And Capacity webinar at the University of Huddersfield

This webinar series from the University's School of Human and Health Sciences, in collaboration with NHS England, showcases experts in the field of nursing, nurse research leaders and educators.
This webinar places the spotlight on the leadership of nurses in supporting the development of research capacity and capability and we share a national perspective of how to increase knowledge and understanding of supporting the research career development of nurses, their professional development and knowledge around research.
We also showcase the career of a nurse researcher to provide inspiration and promote pride in what nursing has achieved through research leadership and provoke thought around strategy developments and innovations that build capability and capacity in the nursing workforce.
Finally we stimulate discussion and thought about the future research priorities that are needed to develop capability and capacity in the profession.
