Basically, there is no sorcery or witchcraft, Bashar! Practise and practise again! Repeat them orally, link them to what you already know, write them down, use them in sentences, build stories and very importantly (!), review them regularly at increasingly spaced intervals until they are 'printed' in your long term memory. ;-) Also, imagery and imagination are powerful. So, associate strong and marking images and ideas to them. The strongest and the most powerful they are, the more they'll hit you mind and will remain in yer brain.
