That video comparing college to McDonalds is not just about Haverford but about almost all small liberal arts colleges (Haverford was just an example used) and many Universities too (except maybe the big state schools or the highly competitive universities in the Top 20/25).
You can take from college/university what you will. Or if you have the smarts and a good dollop of luck you can make it without even going to college like Jobs or Gates or Zuckerberg.
