I am having a hard time doing the lines and is skipping threads in between.

Thank you. I didn't do anything on the hoop, I just turn the top hoop around.
Your Ricoma doesn't have laser alignment? Melco has it and it just saves so much time!

hi, so I've had this embroidery machine for about a month now and I am loving it, so if I am using a 17x15.5 inch frame, and my design is 11" in height and 10 in width, which frame would you suggest, because I am having a hard time, I went with F, but is that what you would suggest? I am trying to design a hoodie and the frame keeps jumping off the arms.
You should be good with F. Just make sure you trace before starting.

Where do you buy your twill? My local craft store sells it but it’s really expensive.

When using this hoop, What hoop setting did you use? mine is making a funny noise when I use hoop F, which is the biggest one I have
Hello, I use hoop F w/ this hoop. Don't know why its making that sound, but trace it and verify what its getting stuck with. Sounds like its jamming w/ something.
Yes that’s what’s is doing. When I do a trace, the front the hood hits where the bobbin thing goes. And the sides hit it as well. What would be the max dimensions on a file for this hoop?
Measure the hoop and that is your maximum size. Sounds like your design is too big. When you trace, it should all fit inside your hoop without going over. Be careful because you don't want to hit a needle or presser foot.
The hoop Im using is the 10x19 and my image is 7x16. I have the same machine as you. Maybe Il have my digitizer make it smaller and see if that changes anything. Thank you!

Do you have any videos on hooping a Carhartt coat with out a mighty hoop?
No, I tried one time, and it was a headache. I would recommend using clamps if you do use the regular hoops. And make sure the weight doesn’t pop the hoops open.

Yes the full size is 16" x 8.5" with 44,443 stitches.
What size needle and thread did you use?
Im using a 75/11 sharp on the red, and 80/12 sharp on the silver and white. Both were good, all about preference.

do you have to have a fixture for every hoop?
No, the fixtures are adjustable.
