The last day of Country Bears was the BEST show I ever saw. It was amazing to be in a theater full of die hard fans clapping, shouting, growling, stopping, and singing every word. I will never forget it. ❤️🐻😭
So sad to see the show go! I don’t think it needed to be changed, especially adding Disney songs.. I don’t know it just doesn’t seem right… I am glad they’re keeping it though. Looked like a great time, celebrating with all the fans! 10 years in Florida!!! That’s awesome!

Well if you had tried staying to get into the bears later that night for the final shows, you would have been stuck waiting for two hours just to only walkthrough the theater. Two of the bears broke around 8:20 causing the line to back up up all the way to Adventureland. They tried fixing it but they couldn't by park closing so they just let everyone walk in the theater and gave out posters for the new version.
Hey Micah, nice to see you covered this on it's last day. It's an Magic Kingdom original for sure, I first saw CBJ with my family in 1976 and honestly as great as I always thought this was and greatly appreciated its character as it clearly represented the simpler time of technology I think It's time for an update. Also it's nice to see you walking the parks, I saw you last May when we were there and would have certainly said hi but you were with Abbey and for me that's private time. Just know that although you may not be approached dosen't mean you are not recognized and we appreciate what you do, Peace out!
But of course the “Country Bear Jamboree” isn’t going anywhere, they’re just refurbishing the show, and changing the title by adding “Musical” in the middle. And just giving the bears new songs to sing, so it’s the same thing as when they replaced their original show with “Vacation Jamboree” a long time ago.
Micah, I'm not sure how I feel about the Country bear Jamboree change. We all love those old classic songs and schtick. With so much "wokeness" going on, I really hope none of that is filtered into the show. I'm sure there may be things we all aren't too pleased with when it opens, but but by in large, I hope they do a really good makeover and some really good songs. I personally don't see the reason why to change Liverlips name.

I still remember clearly that I had to have the Country Bear album on our first trip in 1973. I’m so glad I still have it.
