I've got the T.Flight Hotas X V2 pretty much the same design as the Hotas One but molded in black plastic with red accents. It has PS3 compatibility (I bought it back in the day for my PS3 mainly) I still use it with msfs2020/24 if I want to fly planes with stick control instead of a yoke. I feel some ethical objections to fly the Flying Iron Spitfire (in fs2020 of course, because I love the sound of a Merlin) with my Honeycomb Alpha so that's where the Hotas X comes in. I will never fly a C172 with it for the same reasons. I have noticed that over the years the throttle lever has become very loose. I have reach a point where I am about to open up the device to see if this can be tightened.
I hate this thing. Bought a similar one ~5 years ago. The throttle and stick are the wrong way if you prefer to fly as a captain, the ‚connect‘ function is just bringing the two parts way too close and the quality is cheap (to be fair, maybe it improved over time, dont know). Would never bud that again.
I had one of these, was pretty good. Switched to an x56 and a full setup but then sucked at hand flying. Thought I was just having major skill issue for 2 years. Found my Thrustmaster and tried it out. Figured out that it’s the joystick that was the issue. Waiting for my Moza ab9 now 😁.

Just buy the wingwin ursa minor r/l airliner edition far better and no potenziometers no cheap plastic much more professional and less than 60€ not like thrustmaster that After 1 year i had some problem with slider axis on my twcs system i resolved it fortunately and flies like a dream,i know wingwin doesnt ship without daths in uk but its still worth it at 80€ euros,thrustmaster feels also toy grade joystick jerky movements and still the old potenziometers that need often maintenance
sorry thrustmaster but this thing sucks, bought one at best buy for 100 bucks and after a year of use it starting not working right, jittery control inputs not matter how many times i calibrated it. went back to my 40 dollar logitech extreme 3d pro that still works after all these years.

You should really get your hands in to a raptor mach 1 or 2, a super affordable but sturdy joystick. Hard to find tho.
