Maybe I misunderstood but there is only 5 people hunting goats in Colorado this season? Or 5 people total in that area? Pretty sweet to be that select few. I know you said that's serious pressure but man what a gift to be a part of it. Good to see your goat is still hanging around! Good luck Ryan! Hope you bag it 🙌👊
So, there's several different goat units. For this unit, there are 3 seasons. 1st season had 3 hunters. 2nd season had 2 (me included). 3rd season also has 3. So, I hope that clears that up. Sorry I've been MIA man. Life is kicking my butt!
Our goat hunt started today here in AK. Unfortunately my hike is going to be much steeper than what I'm seeing here. Hoping I can get up to where I spotted a billy today.
That fleece sure happened to blend in with the dying grass... I hope you get some snow today (Monday)... Beautiful landscape when you were checking out your Billy towards the end. Yea, that would be near impossible to spot one in the snow I guess though. How many yards do you have to get within to take a shot? Amazing video Ryan... one heck of a hike too. Good luck on your Billy hunt!
Super sharing good luck 👍
Great country and best of luck out there and greetings from NZ,, Tony.
Thank you Tony!
Big LIKE 24 here for you Ryan…Hope you get your goat!🇨🇦🐐Your Billy is hiding behind the rock.
Hello good morning🌄🙋 nice sharing my dear friend 👍❤
Awesome countryside, Rye! Cool to see three hanging around.
The surroundings are just amazing. Love the background.
Some really amazing scenery!.. good luck with the hunt! 👊👊
Ryan, I'm glad that with the one entrance to see Billy is still there. Wishing you good luck. P.S. , it's way too early for snow!!!
Good luck Ryan !

great video my friend
great idea to scout the area. can't wait to see the follow up video of the hunt itself (if you plan to do one).
Been waiting for a goat update. Glad your target Billy is still there. Good luck.
@@FishfearmeStudios Tomorrow 🤞

@@girlfinfishing Thank you! Been out hunting for what feels like weeks. Sorry I've been MIA on your videos. I'll swing by once things settle down👍

@@excursionamericaexa The closer the better, but I can do 200 yards of necessary.
Looks promising, good luck
Thanks Steve! It's getting to be less nerves and more excitement now.
That Billy goat is going down!
The hunt went sideways, and I have to see if the footage can be made into a video. I got a goat, but it went down differently than what I expected!
Oh no! At least you got one though
I hope I see a video soon with the title GOAT DOWN!!!
Hoping soon. Life is just throwing crazy at me left and right!
Snow already? 😕 That looks like some good cardio.
@@DpuckFishingandOutdoors A smidge. Sure got hot and dry right after though!
We’ll be ready! Hope he hangs around for ya. About how far is this from your house?
90 minutes or so. What a week it was though! Stay tuned...
Beautiful country and Terrain Ryan. I have never had goat meat. I’m guessing it’s similar to mutton (sheep). Please correct me.
@@gbltheolechurch5acrehomestead It's a lot like venison. No barnyard smell to it either. A little chewy, but still good👍
