I remember back around 2002. Joe was hosting "Fear Factor" - getting half-wit competitors to eat pickled pig testacles and get in a coffin to be covered with worms etc.

I loved Bill Burr on the podcaste. When joe rogan tried to cornor him into talking about the covid, he flat out said, no, we are comedians not health care professionals
In the mid 2000's, I lived in Macon, GA. My boss was one of those great guys who would help anyone out he could, so he would hire homeless people to give them a chance to rebuild their lives. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't and police got involved. But I spent a lot of time talking to them in the kitchen and met a lot of great people.
We had three older guys who worked there over the year I was there who had been homeless for decades. All of them were from Atlanta. All three had someone from the city in the 90's ask if they wanted to have a chance to rebuild their lives with a job in Macon. All three got on buses, went to Macon, got dropped off, and the buses left.
So London wasn't the only place that did that to clean up for the Olympics. I'm willing to bet most cities who get the "honor" of hosting them does similar things to look good.
If anyone's interested in learning more about the Covid claims on Joe Rogan, the podcast Science VS did a couple episodes diving into them. They do good work.
This episode was filmed the same day as the one Simon tried to identify coins by feel alone. The coins are still on the desk.

I got my vaccine in my left arm and then over the course of a month this small pain slowly progressed into my entire arm and then losing feeling in my hand and then an effing fire arm. I later found out I developed an arthritic neck, but for that month I was worried I had some crazy side effects like SIRVA or something. I think your story was also cool.

Depends when this was written. Pre cost of living crisis maybe homlessness declined, those conditions arent great for folks health. Now though...

Robert Hansen was an Alaskan serial killer who played "Most Dangerous Game" in real life. He would kidnap prostitutes and fly them to his remote hunting cabin before letting them loose and hunting them for sport. Besides him, idk who has ever done anything similar. I'm not part of the upper echelon of society, though. So there's much that I don't know

weirdest thing just happened. I clicked this video on my chomebook and it took me to a page that looked straight out of 1997 talking about censorship and age restrictions. I closed that and went back to youtube and the video was gone from my subs feed. I had to go to the brain blaze channel page to find the video again.

My BF's 19-year-old cousin developed myocarditis due to COVID infection, and it was so serious that it crushed his heart. He ended up being a good candidate for a transplant because he was in excellent health otherwise, and thankfully he was able to be kept alive with balloons inside his heart and medications until one became available, but it was a scary couple of weeks. Get vaccinated, people.
There are also cases of vaccinated people having sudden heart failure while being otherwise healthy. Vaccine doesn’t do squat
The vaccine nearly killed me with similar issues. Had covid 3 times. No problems at all. Ever since I had one dose of the crapcine I've been sick. So don't spout bullshit about the vaccine saving lives etc. I know of tonnes of examples where the vaccine has been detrimental. And I honestly haven't heard of one where it's helped in anyway, apart from being able to say " I was a good sheep, I did what the government said " fuck covid, and fuck the vaccine. Allegedly

The only thing I will say is that I didn’t get the Covid vaccine because at the time I didn’t know what preservatives were in them and I have some pretty severe reactions to other vaccines. I feel if that’s your concern it’s reasonable.
Never got poked, either. Bot because of some deep-seated distrust in government, but I got a flu shot at 17 when I worked in a detail shop at a car dealership. They were free, so why not. I got so sick I thought I was gonna die. Never got any shot after that and never will. That's all it is for me
My daughter had a reaction to the flu shot years before but she still got the vaccine. She'd rather possibly go through a few days of a bad reaction than risk a long painful death or long covid. By the way, she suffered no reaction other than the usual tiredness a lot of people experienced.

I was working for a wealth management and investment management firm in Charlotte, NC on January 6th. We had to work in the office because the leadership refused to acknoledge COVID. And when Jan 6th happened, no one batted an eye. Their attitude was "Nothing ever changes. These things come and go. We are here to invest for the long run. None of this matters. It doesn't matter if the election gets overturned or it doesn't. In the ling run, very little matters."
Their level of apathy and indifference towards anything was extreme. TBH, those are the right people to manage your big 401Ks

Way back in the late 70's i remember reading about men being hunted . It was supposed to have happened on a ranch somewhere in America . Drifters without families would be hired . Usually drug addicts or alcoholics . Some were tortured to death for the owners fun and others were taken out into the middle of no where and left with a head start naked and with only a small knife . They were then hunted down . There was also a possibility mentioned that the victims were skinned after . One guy an ex soldier escaped and got to the police . The police found some bodies and a torture chamber in a barn . The culprits turned on each other and were both sent to prison . There was also mentioned in the report that the police suspected that there were many more victims than just the ones who's bodies were recovered and that this had been going on since the 1950's .
Whether it's true or not ? It was in a reputable newspaper and not one of the Alien ate my granny type mags .
