@jemster38 well for me, I would prefer she has darker nipples so now I know I have to paint them. I also know I'll probably paint the gold parts since injected gold always has swirls visible.
Isis uses a modified version of the MACHINECA bodytype introduced by Megami Device, same as the other Dark Advent girls. Masaki Apsy really put his own custom touches on the chassis, but it's still somewhat compatible with Megami Device stuff.
I've had this preordered for about 8-9 months. Thanks for showcasing what it looks like assembled and the accessories. I'm really looking forward to having this in hand. Great review!

Always have had a soft spot for anything with an Ancient Egyptian theme. While this one is a bit too much of a stripper for my tastes, the upcoming MS General Gluttony is looking promising.
I almost ordered the Undeadress, but luckily later saw that Gluttony think coming out. I even didn't realize the "dong" parts of the Undeadress, lol. To each his own, but I think I dodged a bullet there by ordering the Gluttony instead. :D
Finally started assembling my deluxe version, and I am very satisfied with the piece so far. There are á few issues though, such as the tiny green jewel decorations that require superglue to hold them in place (wish I knew about that ahead of building, as I am melting down the frames to create new jewels!) and the bare leg pieces were a nightmare to piece together (gonna use the same process to fill in the inevitably formed gaps). You have to be confident with your decal pieces, as there are a lot of tiny stickers to fit around the pole, but the finished product is set to be extremely worth the cost!

I am not looking forward to the gold plastic. My Kraken's "pearl" colour plastics shattered the moment I finished putting her together. now 1/3rd of her Kraken armor is now glued and static. Dragon Dress's stand was made from clear plastic and ALL the stand arms cracked so I have to use a spare stand. I am NOT confident with this one, ESPECIALLY her legs (I was hoping they are just yellow/sand colour like the robot, but no, it's a "Metallic gold" which just scream GPS to me)...
I got this mainly because of the cool looking robo mummy. I know the design is lewd, but I didn't realize that it came with r18 accessories since it wasn't advertised.
What's the build-time on something like this? I got the Boba-Milk-Tea Girl and her weapons were a model kit. It took me hours to assemble and was painstaking. Granted, the pieces were tiny as the guns were 1:12 scale and had 30+ parts in total.
I got the standard one a while back because I liked her design but wasn't sure how to feel about the mummy but I'm second guessing myself now because detailing the extra faces is difficult and it would be cool to have the arms parts and mummy for behind her. That being said the mummy looks like it will need a lot of paint to detail as well and I didn't see any water slides for any of that(I have successfully applied all water slides to my standard kit outside of the faces so far). I know it's just black but those parts are a lot wider than basic panel lining and the plastic already has black pieces in it so you'd have to match that color or repaint both and I do not have an air brush T_T I know the mummy has a transformation gimmick but I also hate his hollow arms either way though, it makes the kit look much cheaper than it is even fully painted. My standard kit looks really nice with just the panel lining and water slides applied, it'd be cool if they re-release this kit later with a better mummy.
Can you tell me your panel lining work flow? do you have to use a clear primer first? and what brand do you use? Since this kit is mostly abs, a lot of paints will damage it, and I just don't want to make unnecessary mistakes. Thank you
@@tsanm011 honestly I went straight in with gundam markers and just wiped the excess away with rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball or q-tip. It worked for me, I just made sure to use metalic markers for the metalic parts. I've been told it's not "ideal" but honestly it's what I do and I've never had an issue.
I know it's part of the transformation but those hollow arms on the coffinbot really makes me want to skip it and just go for the standard version instead.
Might buy this one since appeared in a local store somehow, also for try to build something different from the regular robot, I've never built a mecha musume model kit before

If possible could you direct me on how to contact the distributor for dark advent? I had been told it was blue fin but when I contacted them they didn't have any knowledge of the dark advent kits.

As others have said, it's from MS General 7 Deadly Sins (Gluttony). I have that as well because the Anubis Mech and the LED throne is just awesome. They compliment each other very well. I love Egyptian themed figures.

She had the same hairstyle, revealing design (but without those explicit parts) and a mecha (a complete one), as well as a throne with LEDs.

Relatively the same size as those mentioned! 30MS are maybe slightly smaller but that kinda fits with their styling as kinda younger girls and Isis being more adult woman
I see her for like $65 on AmiAmi (pre-owned but unopened) but then you have to deal with shipping from Japan. Would be worth adding to something else for a combined order but alone, will probably run you for a total of $85-$100, depending on which shipping method you opt for. $115 sounds a little high but if you're impatient, then that price isn't terribly over the top.

She was the first DX version I got because I wanted the ankh robot pharaoh, and sadly it's only in the DX version unlike before. Hope the 4th girl comes with the armor/companion in the STD. version not just DX.
This set is kinda cool, but given how much work is actually required to get it to look anything close to the product shots, it seems very over priced. The DX set should probably be priced around what the solo set is priced.
