Like there’s so many times in this show where he does this. When he’s in bed he first says I’ve been crying coz I don’t want to let you down with how I acted today and then later after she comes out of the bathroom and says stuff back to him he changes his tune and goes well I was upset at the thought of what you were doing today, and why are you so hostile etc. He did it with Elys as well. I can’t say if harry is doing it intentionally or not but it certainly comes across that way aye. I think he can also sense that she puts a large emphasis on empathy, coz even when he is in trouble she says I won’t be inhumane - as lots of us have said holding someone accountable isn’t inhumane. And so her thinking she can change him plus her being empathetic and believing he wants to change from his past and him realising this and uses this to manipulate her is a combination that doesn’t sound healthy. I’m hoping the ILY and marry me’s are something they came up with one night in bed away from cameras going what can we do to make good TV and get viewers to root for us? I am still torn about who to believe. Melinda's story seems just wild, especially when she threw in it also “I wanna put a baby in you” or something. Like what?! Seems really hard to believe, because I don't remember Harry showing that much of interest in her before during her one night in the villa. In defense of Jess and why she is confused about Harry. We have the benefit of seeing all sides as an audience. We have seen his behavior, seen his commentary, seen his trickle truthing with the kiss, etc. We also see all conversations. Jess doesn't have that benefit. Also, instead, she is doing what's smart and asking multiple people advice and trying to figure out what they saw.. Harry has multiple people in the house believing him, backing him, believing that Melinda can't be trusted, and throwing Melinda under the bus. Not to mention all the love bombing. It makes sense why Jess would be confused. The gaslighting is strong with Harry.

He said that HE personally Felt guilty for not exploring other connections after matching with Tolu, and that it was a testament to how strong and genuine their relationsip and Tolu really was. Xanthi however told Tolu Chris said he didn't get to explore other connections because of her. Those are two completely separate thjngs. One places blame on the other person for causing they themelves to miss potential opportunities, THE OTHER is saying they take responsibility for not exploring things with other people they're taking resonsibility for not "trusting the process", AND clearly stating their partner made it wholly unnecessary to even think of exploring things with pthers. He even said that he was only just now realizing he hadn't commited or taken advantage ofthe system the show provided, because of how good their connection was. It took him almost the whole time he was there to realize he wasn't even thinking of checking things out with other prospective partners...Xanthi also CONVENIENTLY failed to mention that (in practically the same breadth as the first statement he made to Xanthi) it showed how strong and genuine both the relationship and Tolu were for him. It was toxic " I'm a girls girl" behavoir. And as much as all the gilrs have said it occasionally, often clearly joking, the idea that all these guys are players and dogs that all of them are basically fuck boys who let ego go to their heads if more than one woman talks to them in a single 24 hour period. They've all sai it once or twice to some degree, Xanthi has expressed that sentiment the most frequently, with the most intensity, and absolutely the loudest....toxic girls girl. So I'm sorry, I'm n a mega fan of chris, but that was straight up misrepresented bull shit.

Chris did not explore BEFORE Tolú because he was coasting, had foot in mouth and ectopic. He was interested in tolú but Elys talked him down. After he matched with Tolú, I didn't see him really attached to anyone else because i assumed he finally got one of his top picks and was content. Tolú had been on his radar, im seeing in he dit, but circumstances drew stuff out (imagine if they had swapped Dom and Chris for Dominique and Tolú originally?) Like he got tested and passed so that's my piece on that. The only other women he spoke to was Brittan and he cried even thinking about it to her.
I do however agree about Xanthi and hed role because I noticed it too. Chris was a smidge inappropriate in the cenote with her tho, that I can't deny, but I definitely think he was being genuine and straight up letting her know he as into her at some point (which he was, down bad and she thought he represented eveyrthing she hated in the men😅 she thought he was a caveman even if he is just rather blunt). That's because Chris had hit on her (ON CAMERA) multiple times in the house just to get shot down...I know we think he a bit thick skulled but what and why would he do that? He wasn't drunk like the others and the conversation in the beach chairs didn't seem too messy to me because everything tracked, but maybe Chris was being sly but he isn't known for that.

Xanthi has indeed discussed her distain of the guys in the house, which was true because the men the season aren't on par with the women (folks say only Kaz was decent before Chris and Stevan came around to the PM), but she definitely had an agenda to "get to boys out, and get "my girls" some men". Which I was for, in cases like Micah, but to see her sitting between Chris and Tolú (someone she claims to love) and basically take pride in "exposing" him by way of her getting embarrassed. And then the little comment she made at the end before leaving them 🙄 I know you don't like Chris but you hadn't been in the house when they paired so I feel she immediately got protective of Tolú (or just her dislike of him because she always implies he's a crude brute), but she doesn't know their relationship like that or if ay of those guys are worth it to tolú atp. Nigel has the convo skills of band kid playing the flute and even Tolú couldn't save the mood with her personality 💀 At minimum it seems like she was helping break up established pairs for the final

I think Melinda wanted to shake things up with a couple...any couple.... "intentionally." Harry is definitely not innocent and should have avoided situations like picking up Melinda (several times) with her legs wrapped around him, and when Melinda sat on him when he was laying down, he should have politely moved her off. And why on earth would he flirt and say those things to Mel KNOWING its going to get back to Jess?
