AZERBAIJAN - QUBA and the Azeri GENOCIDE (Ch. 5)

This time I visit QUBA to learn the history of the Azeri genocide where hundreds of thousands of inhabitants of Azerbaijan died. A genocide quite unknown in Europe, silenced by many political interests, and perpetrated by a nascent Soviet Union with the help of Armenia. A story that will not leave you indifferent.
Azerbaijan is a country that was part of the Silk Road, the Ottoman Empire, the Persian Empire, the Soviet Union, etc. Therefore, it can only have behind it a fascinating history of conflicts, territorial struggles, rebellions and wars that have led it to what it is today.
Join me in the following weeks on this intense trip, making it today one of the countries that has surprised me the most of the more than 40 that I have visited!
