Guys they patched it so you can't skip the Highway Son boss anymore If you go too far from him, he'll use a move that insta kills you Even if you manage to get to the teleporter, the teleporter will say "The teleporter rejects you". So basically you have to beat him to progress But they need to nerf him because I keep dying to his "Bad Move" when I'm not even running.
I discovered a bug using the bush mount and the taicuanrock just go up the mountain next to the portal to get to the 2nd island where the boss is, go up the mountain and do a yoshi with the mount
Tip for parrying: go to desert temple and then keep parrying eye spys it improves your reaction time when parrying enemies
They also drop a pretty decent summon item

+ his bullet has enourmous reach
Tip: ace tenacity get relentless pro dagger forge insignia and get as much defense as you can and also equip night cap for when ur low and ace rally
i found this really good build and managed to complete the sky battlegrounds to wave 50 on lvl 18.

Use bush pet to jump down instead of glider (falling down while riding pet does no fall dmg)

@@jellyphone8343 as an alternative to the glider you can use the icy flute (bushwalker mount) to not take fall damage

A way to dodge it is use the bushwalker mount and spam q but for him to not do that move just stay near him
