German here ✌️ Nice video but this wasn't the German fast lane train. The German fast lane train is ICE also called Inter City Express. It also has a restaurant on board 😊
@@wickedrabbit1173 yes, there is. Check Bahn.com for more information. The ICE is the Speed train. Mark took the Intercity / Eurocity which is a bit slower.
oh dude so,,,, good joke but be wise .....marks hasnt eat all the feed stuff as he take a bit and left ,,,,,,,,,,you can check at last ying hold the same plastic bag hanging ........
I often wonder if Ying and Mark met before or after he started traveling so much. Yings Mother must be so very pleased and proud of their success in this travel adventure. And it makes you wonder if Ying ever dreamed she would get to travel and visit so many astonishing places. What an amazing life for such a beautiful family.
Hi Mark wow what a cool job u got traveling an eating all the delicious yum yum food....but I guess u earn the respect an love u share with us all....most importantly u have ur family with u wherever u travel to....an Ying I respect her honesty an love she got for....very nice....Mattee from in Trinidad in the Caribbean❤❤🙏🙏
Gosh! Your videos always make me extremely hungry 🙁 And your wife at 8:21, she is just so adorable. & it's always good to get her and Micah's glimpse in your videos ❤
I think train trips always bring true excitement and happiness. The classic part of taking train is bring favorite foods on board. Like having bento and snacks in Japanese trains. Trains are part of human history. Enjoying foods and seeing moving scenes thru windows are wonderful moment. Funny part was Mark sneaking out the pretzel while everyone was sleeping. haha. I liked that flaky bread sandwich. Thanks Mark.
I live in Munich and I almost cry watching the Hbf. In Rischart, I would've ordered one Käsebretzel (cheese pretzel) and one Vanillebreze. Can't wait to return to my home.
MAN IS MY MOUTH WATERING...YOU HIT MY FOOD NERVE ALL THE TIME ...LOVE YOUR VIDEOS MATE...ALREADY INSPIRED AND GOING TO JORDAN....DID THIS JOURNEY IN 2008 ...FOOD IN GERMANY AND PORTIONS AWESUM.
That sandwich bread and pretzel looked so good that I went and bought one of those pretzels from that bakery the other day, and also sought out the bread they used for the sandwich. So good!
yep it's pretty common. around Frankfurt you can have a bretzel with butter and chives for just € 1,20 or so - simple, cheap, tasty snack or breakfast.
I loved watching this because I used to live in Germany, 50+ years ago and last September went there for the first time since. We stayed in a hotel a few seconds from Dieser Bahnhof and as the food in the hotel was not good myself and another person would got to the station to get some decent food. I introduced my new friend to lovely German food especially" Die Krapfen" oh boy did we enjoy those.
been following your channel from the time you posted about renting apartment in Japan, which helped me decision making, since i was moving to Tokyo then. You inspire and i love you're attitude.
That was nice, Mark. That train did look very clean. That pretzel with the cream cheese and onions look spectacular. Thanks for taking us on the journey with you. Take care.
Those ICE trains should have those compartments for families with kids. It was a nice surprise for us when we first went. Kids can get up and have an area to play in.
Hi Mark I live in Zurich and I would like to show you some food spots in Zurich, which are rather traditional but also some that have a modern twist to it. You should definitely try Rösti, Zürcher Kalbsgeschnetzeltes and of course some sausages for instance the Cervelat, which is regarded as our national sausage. Besides that we have some great beers and a lot of nice little pastries! Hit me back! Greets Eden:)
Ticket price you mentioned( looks like 1st class) is quite high(400 Euro) . I check in db barn website now that price is around 268 euro ! For 11 Dec and return on 15 Dec 2018.. I think price is high because you book ticket on last moment . Btw its a very nice video
Just wanted to say I have enjoyed the many food videos with you, your wife and baby. I realize now that the production could not take place with the help of Ying and some of your crew. I have begun to follow some of your recommended friends such as The Food Ranger and your friend from Isreal who brought you to some wonderful resturants. As always I look forward to your foodie adventures. Your living your dream, no traditional job but the one you made for yourself, you should be very happy you made it possible. Best always.
Mark how do you deal with jet lag man you always seem positive and smile in all the videos and don’t allow your day to say problems reflect in the videos glad I came across your channel when you did a collaboration with strictly dumping
Watched almost every of your videos. You have been so awesome and friendly throughout the entire time and introduced us to all great food in amazing places! Thank you Mark and keep up the good work! Would love to hear how you feel about Swiss fondue in your next video!
I'm sooo jealous of Micah right now... ^_^ btw, the scenery is absolutely stunning! Thank you Mark for taking us travelling with you through your eyes... :-)
I love your diction! And it's a railway station - sheesh! German Bakeries are amazing, and although their mustard is a bit weird, pretty much anything-in-a-bun is good. Currywurst is not what you think it is, and pretzels without beer is like cars without wheels, fuel, engines........
Hi Mark i love ur every video... u travel for food n we can see... im form darjeeling...i saw darjeeling video also thanku for coming... n love ur baby boy also hehe ur family rocks hehe
We share all the food we buy, Mark takes huge bite of Yings sausage, hands her back half a hot dog. Oh look, Ying and Mica are asleep, now's the PERFECT time to pull out my sandwich! hahaha ... your to funny Mark. :D Omg holy hell that cream cheese pretzel looks AMAZING.
Pretzel is best enjoyed with only a thick layer of butter. That’s my opinion as a german. Cream cheese doesn’t do it like butter does and everything meat makes the whole thing too salty. If you are a foreigner in Germany try the original (just butter) version first, then the other kinds and judge for yourself ☺️
