We called it red spinach in Malaysia. Had same taste with normal spinach. but it turns red after cook. It is good to gain your blood if i'm not mistaken😅

We eat this in plenty in India - it is amaranth leaves and comes in 2 colors - red and green ... I find the red tastier.

Hi Rose, in Indonesia we call it spinach. There are several kind of spinach, green spinach, red and green spinach, red or purple spinach.
In Indonesia they called Bayam not spinach.
This vegetable is common in east Africa, i saw it even in Uganda, it is amaranthas

In my hometown we called it traditional spinach, old spinach... So good to add soft tofu

Hi Rose,in Kenya we call this vegetable mchicha. We cook it differently too. Some people here at the cost region like to add coconut milk. Others mix it with meat.
I haven't seen this green before ... it reminds me a little bit of collards in the American South.

Too much oil. Especially soya oil. Studies show that soya oil causes many health issues. Including. Please reduce or stop the use of soya oil. Use coconut, corn oil or olive oil 😊❤ love your family

It is callaloo!! That's what it is called in other parts of the world; Jamaica, for instance.
@@johncbny it is callaloo. they are several varieties. I grow about four different kinds including the allover red from India and Phillipines.
