1.06 this scene is so embarassing
I think it's monumentally cringe to see people meant to be from the 1600s acting and speaking like modern people,like nobody from 1645 ever spoke or behaved like this and if they did they would have likely either been killed or institutionalized
That being said,sort of these were kinda funny in a

This is obviously an alternate universe where Blackbeard has been a legend for decades instead of 2 years and where people don't get ostracized just because they're different.
The production team did this on purpose.
