- Even though the end of summer is always a bit bittersweet, autumn has so much to offer. Life slows down in Northern Europe as the nights get longer. Cozy nights by the fireplace, reading new books, learning new things, baking, hiking in the crisp air, and taking care of yourself. I hope you enjoy my new vlog, where I sew pillowcases, go foraging, craft candles and body butters, and hike in search of sheep!

Whipped Body Butter (1-2 jars)
• 60g shea butter
• 60g oil (like 50g sweet almond & 10g raspberry seed oil)
• 1g vitamin E
• A pinch of mica powder (optional)
• 2 heaping tablespoons potato starch
• Essential oil (start with 20 drops)
• 2 small glass jars
Instructions:
• Sterilize your jars.
• Melt the shea butter and freeze until almost solid again.
• Whip it up! Add oils and mix.
• Stir in potato starch.
• Add vitamin E, mica, and essential oil.
• Whip until fluffy. If too liquid, freeze briefly and whip again.
• Scoop into jars using a spoon or piping bag.

Good, thank you! 😊 I try to keep my videos calm and peaceful, as it's something I always need in my life too. The sheep were truly the kings of that island - they looked so free and happy🐏. It was about a 45 min by bus to get there, but Finlands public transport is very good...you can reach almost anywhere easily.
Another nice video :) in Poland autumn has already started 🍂🍁🎃🍄 Funny how the word "Parasol" is typical polish word but we are calling that mushroom different than this - "sowa" or I even don't remember its right biological name 😅
Thank you! 😊 We've had a very warm September this year, so the trees are still quite green, but I’ve noticed the leaves starting to change their color! I had to Google the mushroom name in English, we just call it 'sirmik' here! 😄

Thank you so much! 😊 I fail quite often, and I’ve learned to be okay with it! 😀 The whipped body butter is so lovely and fluffy. I’ve made it with orange essential oil before and it smelled amazing! 🍊✨

Thank you! 🥰 Mica is a natural mineral pigment used for color (it can also add a nice shimmer) but it's totally optional! You don't have to use it😊
