David Bindi Hudson is the ultimate ambassador for Indigenous Australia.
A gifted storyteller, singer-songwriter, dancer, visual artist and actor is bringing his show “From Campfire to Stage Light” to Toowoomba’s Armitage Theatre on July 14.
“From Campfire to Stage Light” is a journey toward self-determination and Indigenous pride, told through David’s life experience of teaching and performing on stages across the country and around the world.
When I sat down for a chat with David Bindi Hudson this week, he shared stories of a life in which self-belief led to opportunity and a philosophy of never knocking back a chance to take his indigenous culture to new audiences.
