I always wear the protectors when I skate around the city - I know it saved me from having to go to the hospital with something broken at least 3 times.
yes for sure. I always have my knee pads and usually wear gloves when street skating. I didn't wear knee pads once and had a bad crash. it wasn't fun so it is definitely worth it to always wear protection.
