If ECI can't handle free and fair elections in 2-3 states, forget about "One Nation, One Election". Either people or EVMs are so programmed that results varied from the ground. I a state like JnK, BJP become second largest party. If elections held in Manipur today, BJP still win.
Multi-Congress within Congress, this is the innate defect of Congress. It is impossible for a disorganized party to stand up against a disciplined party. Dissent is welcome in the party i.e. emphasis on democratic centralism at every level in the party's policy making, but following the accepted policy should be mandatory. Arbitrariness should not be tolerated. Otherwise, progress of Congress is impossible.
