I watched this video just now Zane, and somewhere along the line I've missed something, so a quick question about the mix bus. Did you do as you would for a submix track? Selecting multiple tracks (submix tracks?) and then from the pop up menu, selecting "pack these tracks into a submix track" (or whatever the exact wording is on the menu)? Or do you have a video specifically showing how to set up a mix bus for the whole mix in a different way than a drum bus for instance. I apologise for having to ask, I thought I'd watched all of your Waveform tutorial videos when I started with waveform in March but I think I've missed something! Thanks in advance! 😃
@@Dave-Rough-Diamond-Dunn hi Dave. Check out this video ua-cam.com/video/n2XmChK0poo/v-deo.html I think that’s what you’re looking for. Thank you for continuing to watch. Keep creating! 👊👍
Hello Zane. I use a lot off this plugins specialy the Lost in the 70’s bass amp. They have a good Hammond simulation call Hanon too. Keep rocking man 🤘
There is a bug in Warmy EP1A. Low Frequency CUT knob is capable of attenuating only -3.5 dB. It's been reported to developer in August and still hasn't been fixed. It's especially not cool, because since my report there has been an update to this plugin. On top of that Warmy EP1A introduces very obvious high frequency cramping. Something to keep in mind, before anyone decides to put it on their tracks.
Thanks for your videos Zane! I have been using Valhalla Supermassive. It's pretty versatile and sounds good. I want to like it. Recently I was mixing some tracks and used this subtly on a vocal track. When I went back to it days later after a rest, I couldn't immediately figure out why the vocal track had out of control piercing frequencies until I bypassed Valhalla Supermassive. That was it. It had completely destroyed the EQ. Another effect did the trick. Not sure I'll be using this one much.
You can try DCam Free comp from FXpansion. Also BusterSE from Analog Obsession is a decent “glue” compressor and probably modelled after the same compressor that Ableton’s Glue compressor is modelled after.
I had to give up on amplitude after 20 minutes of trying to log into the product manager, it just sends me round and round in circles. Chrome wont fill in the suggested password, and without knowing that password, you can't change it! The link just sends you back to the start again.

Great video as usual Zane, always helpful! :)
Thank you for this video. I asked and you delivered
Would you recommend any free alternative to Ableton's native Glue Compressor or Cytomic's The Glue? I'm in big need of something like that
