Mary Greeley News
Love seeing the wolves. Rather see wolves then humans anyday. People are way more scary then wolves.
Yes ma’am,
Amen!
Totally
They seem to abide by the path rules better than the humans do!! 🤣🤣🤣
😺
Scary? I'll tell you what's scary ----- HUMANS! NOT WOLVES, HUMANS!
As a person who works with wolf hybrid and wolf rescue....they are not scary...they definitely are misunderstood. And like most things it is about "profits" and not really about the micro/macro environment that the wolves are needed for to keep a balance in nature. Wolves are scary to those who do not understand them. Yes, they will act like wolves when needed but then so do bears, wolverines, moose etc......
I Agree With You, Humans Is Crazy And Evil!!
@@kathywolf4558 Just stay away from a pack of hungry hunting wolves. We have them around here and an occasional one comes in our yard. They also eat bird seed.
@@virginianemith I am very aware of hungry wolves and that is why they will take down a calf from time to time. Occasional noises will bother a wolf too...such as noise from a snow machine/snow mobile.
A lot of it depends on the snow pack etc....and yes they do eat things other than a carnivorous diet. Generally wolves will not bother humans.
Humans are supposed to be smart and know to keep themselves safe from what is natural to the earth.
Every year at Yellowstone there are those who think that petting the fluffy cows (bison) is something to do just to find themselves injured.
The hungry wolves part was supposed to be a funny- it is a given. Lighten up. I was not attacking you. Much love to All.
@@kathywolf4558
Its breeding season. Absolutely nothing scary about a thriving pack of wolves.
Im more worried about the scary packs of human😮
Exactly!!
Amen! To that statement!
Not scary, beautiful.
Yeah, till you’re out fixing fence on your property 1.5 hour east of Jackson (Yellowstone) and hear a commotion - and see two wolves chasing your own wolf-hybrid dog, and they and a moose are running right toward you….
Then it gets scary ugly not beautiful…
Been there done that…
The pro-wolfers can’t see they are causing massive danger to not only tourists and Park Rangers, and outlying areas of Jackson and Kelly, and moving to the east communities of even as far as Bondurant and Star Valley, coming out of Idaho, let alone the disappearance of huge herds of moose, elk, and mule deer in surrounding areas. Winter kill took out a huge swath of antelope. Soon the bear will have nothing to eat which is already happening in the area. We’ve seen Grizzly sightings and attacks more than ever before and more in residential areas.
Nature is beautiful, but deadly. Never forget that.
Enjoy, but exercise caution. 🙏🏼🏔️🌲
Making statements like this meant to scare people into agreeing to kill them. They’re smart and they keep the wildlife populations in check, usually targeting weaker older animals and eating a lot of rodents. So this is just some unmanned video without any live commentary. 🤷🏼♀️
Leave if Ya can't handle it ! They were there LONG BEFORE You. Try California or maybe Detroit .
@@soniaannwillard8635 Hey uneducated person - habitat has been encroached upon by humans in every State, let alone every Nation of the world!
Calif had and still has coyotes as large as the smaller species of wolves, and, until the 1980’s had Grizzly bears and badgers, until human populations encroached there too.
And Michigan STILL has every species of wolf, badger and deadly wolverines as well as black and brown bears which can be as dangerous as grizzlies if not more so, due to they are less apt to fear humans.
And moose kill more people than grizzlies and polar bear, FYI
As far as telling me “..if you can’t handle it move to Calif or Detroit” - I’m half Native American, and the other half of my bloodline came over before this Country became America, and direct ancestors include a President of the United States, a Civil War General, one of the first cadets at West Point; I grew up with a pot bellie stove, hand pump water, no electricity, chopping wood and kindling by 3rd grade in the mountains, have died once and almost died several times, lost a baby and an adult child, been held up by gunpoint, driven cross country at least a few dozen times sleeping in my truck, have owned rescued wolves and wolf-hybrid rescues since a small child, lived with inoperable cancer for over a decade, work out, work on ranches, can shoot bullets as well as arrows, owned a raw milk dairy the first to be certified “Humane”, have cared for dying elderly, had a daughter sharpshooter for the military, and am a fit female.
I was here way before you.
And anyone who knows anything about nature and her animals, as well as livestock, knows when it is unnecessary, and when it is necessary to take a life. And nothing is ever wasted.
So when you attempt to insult me by insinuating I “can’t handle it” - look in your mirror….
If you don’t like this Country, leave.
If you don’t like humans encroaching on nature, take a look at yourself.
If you don’t like humans..well…
@@GodsSparrowSpeaks where is your proof of their danger to humans?? They've attacked nobody. Coyotes are more of a threat to humans than wolves. You sound like a real whiny little bitch. Probably because you are.
The word 'scary should NOT be used. After all these beautiful creatures have that bad wrap already. They are majestic, amazing, iconic, legendary.....
NOTHING sacry here!
Beautiful ❤ They’re walking in like they own the joint 🤣
They do ❤
Because they do. They are in their natural habitat.
Yes they do own the joint...😅😅😅 AND THEY OWN OUR HEARTS AS WELL
❤❤❤❤
🤠😎🪶🦅🪶🦬🦬🦬🦬
They do own the joint..its their home😮
I love how they have such organized pecking behavior in their group. Majestic creations! God is amazing! ❤
That is their home, not ours. Glad to see them back!
Just wait. Hopefully Wyoming will handle the situation.
I love wolves
It’s their home. Beautiful animals. They keep everything under control. No over population and disease. Got it America🇺🇸
God's creation never ceases to amaze me....thank you for sharing...loved the music you chose.
Beautiful big big wolves !
This is so rare and so amazing! Even though we have major wolf problems in Montana, they are still amazing to watch! Thanks for sharing Mary!
I wish I could move there. I watch the show Yellowstone and the views are absolutely beautiful. God bless you and your family 💖🙏💖
❤good evening Mary.Thank you for this wonderful time spent with you.this wonderful time spent with the wolves who were waiting in this wonderful landscape. Thank you again. kisses kisses
I think the wolves would think that they have a human problem in Montana.
Montana has a political problem, not a wolf problem!
@pams3423 you do realize most of that show isn't filmed in Montana?
Smart wolves! Why struggle when the humans provide manicured walkways!! Bison use the walkways too:)
no they don't,bison hate them
Thanks, Mary, for sharing this video. Wolves are fascinating creatures. There is always a lead and a rear guard. This shows it perfectly.
Hope all is well and that you are getting your seeds started. Take care and stay safe. ML&BLSNGS :)
Wolves BELONG here!!😊😊
@@dianebeier8379 Yes, they do, they are one of the most loyal animals as they protect the young and the old in pack, they mate for life, and they fight for the pack until death sometimes. Unfortunately, "they" have given wolves bad names as predatory, vicious, and scary. Too bad we have run them out of their habitat. They are great companions to humans if treated with respect. Anyways, I totally agree, THEY DO BELONG HERE. ML&BLSNGS :)
I had a wolf for 18 years. She was the best thing that ever happened to me. RIP my sweet Iza 💖 She was never scary to me - but if you threatened me - the results would be "dire" for you.
That has to be the coolest thing I've ever seen on a Yellowstone webcam!!! Thanks for bringing it to us, Mary!!!
❤....so awesome to see!
Just out for a walk in the park..
Seems the reintegration has worked out very well, amazing to see 😊
I’m Native and this is the largest pack I’ve ever seen in Yellowstone. Apex Predators in their natural environment. Beautiful. Thanks for posting this Mary.
Sooooo beautiful to see those lovely majestic wolves enjoying their habitat in peace. Am so glad you shared this with us Mary, what a treat!
Wow, do they go through that spot regularly? I'm love dogs of all kinds, but lil bit skeeered of big wolves. I met a wolf one time, for some reason he loved me and even showed protection of me, but ended up turning on his owner. He called me to come get the wolf in a small trailer to take him and release him in there country area he got him from. NEVER trust one, you cannot get the wild out of him, no matter what anyone tells you.
Thank you sweet Mary! Lord bless and keep you all ❤🙏
Parents could learn how to discipline their off spring, watching animals. 😂
Growing up around Yellowstone, the cattle ranchers had almost wiped out the wolves protecting cattle. While I enjoy the beef that these ranchers are able to provide us, I must say, I still love watching these beautiful animals in a safe native habitat, where they do not compete with ranchers for territory. Thanks for this footage.
Very enjoyable to watch.
Glad you enjoyed it
wow beautiful and that is THEIR home
Mary: This is not scary, just cool, but I pray they stay there in Yellowstone. I had 4 wolves, 2 adults and 2 juvies at my ranch for 3 weeks. That was scary, and my barn cat population was decimated. They are large, beautiful canines, and their howling at night is beautiful. I would play my native American flute to their singing.
Oh wow!
Thank you Mary for this wonderful opportunity to watch these wild wolves in action 🎬 🙌. Have a great day! JK FLORIDA USA 🇺🇸.
Wolves and Ravens...My 2 FAVORITES!!!! 💖🤎🖤🤍🤎🖤🤍🐺🐾
We have large packs of coyotes here, in north Georgia...
Gorgeous. They look well fed. Thanks
They do! 🤩
Its spa day. They walk right through the warm mud, lay in it.
Happy to see they are returning!😊
I counted 11, big animals. We had 2 X flares from the sun and 2 other explosions.
I prefer to observe animal behavior it’s usually accurate in foretelling something imminent is going to occur.
11
Wow Mary those wolves look like giants! Your music makes their sojourn so fun to watch❣️. You are so fun. I just love you Mary. Thank you ✨🙏🏽✨
Yellowstone is a national park and this is there home. Yellowstone is not a zoo.
The wolves don't just stay in Yellowstone Park.
@@wyomingadventures you are correct
@@ricktalley thank you for your original post. Very good comment!
@wyomingadventures thank you was just posting because you see all these people do crazy stuff and really try and ruin Yellowstone
Mary that’s amazing! So many. Enjoyed the video.
It's so fascinating to watch the perfect pack dynamics, always in single file, with the leader in the front, and the last one always staying at the end, keeping the older, slower ones going, and the leader waiting until they catch up. I love it. It's so scary, though, when the one went off on its own and the other followed to try and stop it from going off the trail and onto the steaming pool area. I'm typing this as I watch this. I'm on pins and needles hoping they can all get back together an in order and safe again. It looks like at least some of them got back to the safe area. I'm gonna worry the rest of the day if the rest of them are okay. The music is perfect. Thank you so much for this, Mary. This brought tears to my eyes. God's creation is so beautifu. 🙏🏻❤️
Wonderful photo. Embrace wisdom when going into these areas. They are beautiful! Tells me they have alot of resources for food to feed this many. Starting to see evidence up here in the Black Hills - voicing, scat and some prints. Shocks you when you see these but I hike alot up here frequently and pay close attention to everything. Thanks so much for this post Mary. AWESOME!! Inspiring!!!
Yea, their dropping the elk population fast. Once they are gone they'll go after farmers animals
@@anappalachiansadventures8866 Of course cows are slow elk.
@@anappalachiansadventures8866 see many wolves there in appalachi, eh?
@vees_bees coywolf, but I pay attention to game laws etc out in Yellowstone due to the wolf controversy
@@vees_bees also, what a stupid response to my comment
WOW 👍 THAT'S A LOT OF WOLVES ALL AT ONCE ‼️ THANKS MARY 🌿🌺🌿🕊️
This is so cool to see!!
Spring has come; moving time, everyone! Wonderful view of real life here, not scary, really; just animals being what they are in their home.
Proof that wolves like to sightsee too!
This is incredible footage...could watch this pack for all of time...Thank you!
Check this one out too! ;) "Spend An Hour in Snowy Yellowstone | Sights & Sounds" | PBS NATURE channel

Wow
That was more facinating(to me) than seeing the Buffalo. Thanks again Mary.
I live in northern Canada and seeing the wolf pack makes me happy..they are beautiful ☀️
Wonderful!
LOTTA MOUTHS TO FEEED///
Stay on the boardwalk guys.
May they all thrive and live long lives! ❤
Wow!
Amazing
What a joy to see this! Love the music, fits perfectly
Awesome ❤
Beautiful! Peaceful! I bet as a pack they could take down a buffalo? Nature goes on-God's creation is amazing-us humans could learn more from animals!
Amazing sight !
Wow they are Big and Beautiful!! 🐺🖤🐺
Great video, Mary, Thank you!❤🤗
Good catch!!! Looked like 12??? …wow!!!!!
Now that is a RARE sight. a migration taking place.
ive lived/worked in ys twice and when the winter hits the paths/roads become the wildlife's trails. those wolves are not scary, they are beautiful and in their natural habitat. the rangers are well aware. attitude is that the park is the animals habitat, the destroying public is the enemy. we are lucky we get to see this.
That's a WINNER!
They're gorgeous!
Crowes take to the heights of the trees. Boss in town.
These guys are BIG! They can run up to @40mph MARY❤... I've seen pics of Canadian wolves... heads are the size of horses heads (not in proportion)... we had wolves on our 2acres in Idaho
Wow! Those are huge wolves.
Amazing and mesmerising, nature working as a family. Captivating to watch the pack interact with one another 😍 Well at least the wolves aren't worried about yellowstone. Thank you for sharing mary from the UK 🇬🇧
Whoop whoop !
First one to view Mary’s interesting video.
Those wolves are HUGE, it would be absolutely frightening to come across a pack of wolves, all alone in such a desolate location
That's what happens when they "reintroduce" Timberwolves, they multiply fast. They are huge & scary looking. First time I saw one up close was about 10 years ago in Northern Minnesota. It had been hit by a vehicle. It was scary & beautiful seeing it lying there, just don't want to run into a live one.
@@deejay963Wolves were reintroduced in Yellowstone in 1995.
Nothing scary, they are beautiful.
The gang taking in the sights now the pesky tourist gone. Now is the time to enjoy the park and warm their paws at the hot springs ❤
❤❤❤
I came to see the wolves, but stayed for the music. Please list the songs and the musicians. Thank you.
02/22/2024 Hello Mary. Beautiful top perditors in action. Truly beautiful. Thank you for this. This a very laege pack looking for a large animal like an elk or moose, Don
I believe that there were 13 wolves. Wow!!
Such a walk in the park. Thank you, Mary. Respects, Drew.
Beautiful to watch these wolves, thanks for sharing 👍 ❤❤
The wolves are not scary at all unless you are their dinner. Just wolves out doing wolf things. I love them!
cool
Wolves are beautiful and so misunderstood thank you Mary
The happy and upbeat music for the first three minutes make it look more like the wolves are taking out the family for a picnic and a good time, some sight seeing etc.
Wolves are such majestic creatures! TFS.
Beautiful indeed if they are not looking at you as a future meal.. lol
The music is perfect!
Wow! Those things are Huge!
I was fascinated. Truly magnificent. Respect them and their home and they won't seem scary. As to the ability to take down a buffalo, the correct term is Bison. The more we use the correct term the easier it will be to say. This will also encourage the media to be correct.
You can even see the radio-collars on at least 2 of the wolves. At 15:05 in Mary's video, the 2 wolves walking up to the wolf laying down, look to be both wearing collars. Glad they're being closely monitored and protected. 💓
Beautiful… was able to catch on live stream. That day
They look hungry. A large pack needs more food. Hopefully they find a good source soon
So big!! So beautiful!! Thank you Mary! ❤
If I was out there I would get in my car. If someone was out there without protection from them it would be very scary and dangerous.
Looks like they are taking over the place.
we were in the park early to set up openings of canyon. we had to drive into mammoth to check in and along our drive back at dusk, a wolf trotted right past my door of my van. his head cleared my window of my full size van. they are that huge, like a small horse or a tall pony. amazing animals.
I was in Tom Miner Basin in 1996 and saw a wolf among 10000 elk. In less than 4 years, wolves has killed most of the elk as well as sheep-guard dogs. #fusfws
Exactly.
I tried commenting with some facts and got hate response and my comments deleted. Very annoying.
People will freak out once their sweater wearing Fido’s or worse scenarios start being affected. We already have them as far west as the outskirts of Pinedale. Hoback Ranches is having to be on alert as they’re roaming that area regularly and during the day.
Thank you Mary for sharing this footage. It is heartwarming to see . Be blessed & safe ❤
The bears, wolves and moose are taking back the land
Nothing uncommon for this person to a negative spin to an incredible sighting just for hits, this is from a live webcam located on the lodge and you can do a search on live cams and watch this area 24/7.
Ah an outsider seeking permission to join. Look close the lighter colored wolf. On out skirts.
Wauw, how often does these beautiful wolfs do that? I mean, go this way? Cheers from Denmark 🍻😎🍻 3:36
