Mikey was funny! I loved hearing his stories! Especially as a delivery guy with Pacino. Godfather is such a great movie so I enjoyed seeing these locations with his explanations. The pizza part was hilarious!

Happy to hear you made it to Staten Island Jordan. Mickey UPS shared some great stories. Most Staten island people don't pay attention to the history. I pass by the church all the time. When you live here, you don't think about it. Mickey UPS is a character and I'm used to the way he speaks. Lol as a New Yorker I'm used to it.

WOW thanks for taking us along on this adventure. I could listen to Mikey tell stories for hours. He needs to write a book. He sure is something else. Again thanks Jordan for the great videos.
So those markers that are hollow were a trend of the past. They are most likely a zinc alloy referred to as white bronze. It was thought they would last forever but they don't always. Sometimes the alloys were not bonded the best and they break due to being bumped up against, vandals or even weather. It's not something used anymore in cemeteries. If they are not broken then remain nice looking and the writings or designs stay in great shape.
I've heard them referred to as zinkies. I look for them every time I visit a cemetery.

Hi Jordan, Mikey is BRILLIANT, I love his story about Al Pacino. That garbage dump story was horrible. Oh, that was so funny when you went to get you're pizza, I'm still laughing. The best story for me was Steven Seagal, what a classic, I bet a few actors are like that. Great vlog Jordan.
Extremely enjoyable. I enjoyed Mikey. He is a very good story teller. My favorite part and I got a very good laugh was at the restaurant and he corrected the way Jordan was talking about food. Lol sounds just like my New Jersey coworkers. Lol

Mikey does have some stories. City Slickers was on the other day and for those out their who remember it, there was an early scene where Mitch (Billy Crystal) goes to his sons career day. The first speaker was a famous character actor named Robert Costanzo who played a construction foreman at the career day. Mikey reminds me of him.

Great vlog. In the story of Sleepy Hollow the headless horseman knocked the head off Ichabod Crane who was a school teacher in love with the girl in the story. Wish my step mom were alive to see the vlig. She loved the Godfather movies.

Jordan, I enjoyed the Staten Island vlog. I was born and raised on the island. Moved to Fl in 2014 after 57 years. Went back last month and made sure I visited Denino's and Ralph's. My visit was on 7/20. Wish I met you there. I think I sat at the same booth in Denino's
