Burnie and Geoff have always felt like my internet dads. These two elders imparting their wisdom through their comedy. But Jack has always felt like an older brother. Supportive and energetic and hands-on, always ready to dive in or step up and do the thing for the community. Thanks Jack for being so goddamn cool! The world doesnt deserve ya!
"what we do here will last forever". Jack, I know you have been working with RT for years before this beautiful madness some call "RTExtraLife", but I think this is your child, not AH (which of course it is) But this will live on. if someone asked me "who was jack patillo?" I'd say.. "A soul we never deserved to have". you are the motorman for this nonesense. all for the kiddos. #ThankYouJack
I remember watching the past extra life's and being in college I had no money to donate but now I have a full-time job and it felt so good to donate this time around, I will definitely be tuning in every year and donating because this is the coolest thing Rooster Teeth does!!
I can't believe I feel asleep... I made it 23 hours of the way through this year's Extra Life and sadly couldn't contribute anything. Next year, 24 and possibly a donation.
I missed ExtraLife this year because I was working, but my god am I glad to be part of this community. Every single person has a heart of gold and every person in this stream is an angel. Well done Rooster Teeth, you deserve it.
Thanks for uploading this, I was awake for the whole thing but accidentally passed out from the beginning of the breakfast club to a half hour after it ended
I, like the user Sinac, this was the first time I was able to donate for the first time this year. Though it was only $50 it still felt great to help. #ForTheKids
@@mun123keet A bunch of shit. Ditching Vic, firing 50 people, increasing the price of First Membership, giving Gen:Lock to HBO Max... There's other stuff, but I can't think of it all off the top of my head.
They said in hour one that their goal was 1 mil. Any amount over a mil will be sent to LA children's hospital. They had a goal and they achieved it. Sure, less than last year, but any amount is a win for the kids.
Yeah, I cant really explain it, but to me personally, this extralife felt off. It was chaotic, but not in a good way. It felt way more unorganized and they didn't hype it up as much as they usually do. I'm kind of worried about the company with there recent decision, project flops, and corresponding layoffs. The fact that they made significantly less money this year to me shows that things are going down hill. Roosterteeth is losing its feeling of authenticity, this year just felt bad. I hope the company makes better decisions in the future.
I normally enjoy the nice dynamite part but this year, Michael was not fun drunk... Just sad drunk. Wayy to far and not that awesome. Last year they did a lot of stuff during their segment and this year they accomplished nothing. Even the moonball throws were horrible. Out of a 100 moonballs, they were struck like 10times... Its still amazing what they accomplished but this year felt off. I'm stiill gonna watch next year for sure
@Fvcked it's nice knowing I'm not the only one that feels this way. I've been a fan for a very very very long time, and it is so genuinely disappointing seeing the direction this company is going. Being bought out has clearly screwed them over in so many ways and it is terrible. So many "die hard" fans will just scream at you in the comments if you mention stuff like this, but it is the truth.
First off they were not bought out, they been reshuffled into a new division with Ellation shuffled into WarnerMedia coinciding with the news ad policies of UA-cam hammering everyone and the failure of Gen:Lock getting picked up by a network. Not to mention bad community management.
You can tell Jack and Cati are genuinely emotional about this, but Chad's 'emotional reaction' seems really played on, almost like he's just tryna get a piece of the attention
Michael and Gavin raised about 300K in their segment.
And a whole crap ton of mün balls
That almost all missed
But the ones that did hit were awesome!
Vincent Van der Meer that Lindsey Head shot on Michael and the first Gavin crotch shot by Fiona. The ladies were on point.
Can we just get a 12 hour stream of Michael and Gavin? They'll make $1 million in the first 2 hours.
Jack has the most contagious cry
When he laughs, we laugh
When he cries, we cry
When he builds a house. We build a house.
I love these moments and Jack seems like he gives the best hugs
Chad was so wrecked this year. Drunk, full of spice and so so tired. What a trooper.
Honestly jack you are the heart and soul of achievement hunter. I've been watching ever since geoff and gavin became dr.peggle

The emotions are amped up due to how tired they are
Also you can feel how much jack cares about this charity stream every year

Jack is the sweetest person alive
Missed the most emotional part! Geoff talking about how much he loves jack really got me
Thumb nail looks like Jack taking his two kids to a basketball game.
Classic Jack tears. Love to see it. Even though it’s the same thing each year, it always so inspirational and different.
SEATTLEKID2o6 It’s one of those things where even though it’s the same it’s still so important.
Jack truly is something special
Jack is such a good person.
I've seen comments calling jack a scumbag. I'll never understand the way those people think.
I can't believe I feel asleep... I made it 23 hours of the way through this year's Extra Life and sadly couldn't contribute anything. Next year, 24 and possibly a donation.
When you didn't get all the tears out on the livestream so you jump right back in to finish the job lol
I passed out near the beginning of 2Spooky and I'm so mad I missed this! Thank you for uploading!!
Same here!!! Hahahahaha I watched like 10 mins of the 2spooky but I got tired XD
No matter how much shit Jack gets from the community you have to admit he is an amazing human

Our community is so amazing and I love all of you!!!❤️
I was lucky enough to catch this bit of the stream this year. Absolutely loved it.
Makes me cry all over again
God damnit im prepared for it and i still fail. Always awesome to see this each year. ForTheKids and their families.

Love these guys so much!!
So, I uh....I missed all of it. I read the dates wrong and thought it STARTED today.....
That sucks dude
Don’t worry, Hembro Hero will have the highlights up in less than 24 hours lol
@@FluxCapacitardo Hembo mentioned that he would be taking a bit longer this year because of his job. Should be out within a week
Rt streams have the hour by hour recordings already!!
roosterteeth has a livestream channel where you can watch the whole thing in hour episodes
Even though they missed it by over $100,000, I still think it was a great stream.
Honestly, given what's happened this year, I was super worried that ExtraLife would completely bomb. I'm so glad to see that it didn't.
@@dalecal1129 I'm out of the loop. What happened?

I love Jack!!! ❤❤❤
It’s sad it’s less than last year.
I think its because they actually had a goal last year, so it was more popular
cstrutherskgs
Eh not really. It’s still a lot of money.

Thank you
"Xavier left his mark on a lot of people".
Well he DEFINITELY left his mark on Paige.
AWWW JACK
I feel okay
Quick on the draw mate!
I always become depressed for a couple of days after extralife ends
Good Ending
Is there a way to see the whole livestream?
Is this the first year where less money was raised than the year prior?

At least they were close. Just over $100,000 under the goal.

Ooh that's jacks wifey!?!?!
Man I missed Geoff cause I fell asleep at 1am to 1:30 pm
