Bro i so agree with you on the part that if you in a wedding, a event or any other ocassion and you don't want to cheat on your diet then just don't eat anything, drink only water and fast. This strengthens your mind and displine even more.

Just a tip when you are almost at failure on tricep pushdown try to get extra 2 3 reps with not pushing the rop outward just try to push it down with opening it. please share your feedback how does it feel to you
