When you think about it jisoo is a good example of a leader.
1. She is the one who always does the speaking except when in america usually rose does.
2. She doesn't cry probably cuz she doesn't want to show weakness to the other girls
3. Everyone literally goes to her whether it's during a talk show or in their own show.
I see a lot of people saying jennie would be leader but imo she doesn't have leadership skills. Sure she looks out for the members but all of the girls do that. She never wants to talk and usually has jisoo or rose talk. That's usually what the leader is for. To talk for the group and to lead them through their journey.

@@belledf8763 Hi, I read all you wrote and I totally agree with 80% of what you said, I just disagree with the fact you said Jennie tend to show her true feelings. But isn't that a good quality for a leader ? A leader have to be outspoken, honest and transparent about his feelings so that people may feel that they can put their trust in him. She is not as emotional as Rosé, she is not as secretive as Lisa and she is not as restrained as Jisoo. Thus Jennie manages really well her feelings. Also when you say, that she tend to mix her personal life with work, can you give me an example ? Bc if you're talking about the dating scandal, that was definitly not her fault but media's fault. But don't forget, a good leader is someone that takes decisions for the group and represents the group when needed but also is a good listener and take advice from their group members so it's not a problem to talk to the leader about his own flaws.
I disagree when you said : Rosé is not very professional, actually she is one of the most professional members, she got to deal multiples times with wardrob problem and signaled her mic and ear piece disfonctionment more than once during concerts without making blinks even notice ua-cam.com/video/ca4soAkixOo/v-deo.html. She handle her problem with ease.
Finally I disagree about the fact that Lisa is the most professional, they were many times where she stopped in the middle of the stage to tie her lacens without even paying attention to her surroundings and made Rosé fall or Jennie and Jisoo bump into her. Also when she jumps on stage and wave her arms she forgets that Jennie or Jisoo can be behind her and she hits them. I think she often gets carried away in her excitement and forgets her surroundings which can be dangerous for others. And like you say, she's not that sensitive when it comes to her bandmates (just to give a small example) when they where performing "boombayah" and Jennie had to jump into all 3 arms but accidentally kicked Jisoo in the face, Lisa and Rosé were laughing and did not bother to ask if Jisoo was okay. That is why I think Lisa is the least one to be BP's leader bc being sensitive plays a big part in leaders ship. However I disagree when you said that she's not very sociable, she is but, she is secretive about her friends.
But anyways, I agree with most of what you said and I really think the one (if BP had to have a leader) would be : 1.Jennie, 2.Jisoo, 3.Rosé. 4.Lisa
The most responsible members would be : Jennie, Jisoo (although all 4 can look after themselves correctly)

I specifically remember their first music show win, Jisoo was guiding Jennie of whom to thank/credit on her speech, she ended up finishing the speech herself. A lot of ppl may think, and I've encountered this ppl, that Jisoo's the weakest link, but she's not. BP doesn't have a 'weak link'. They have four aces and no one is expendable. The value of Jisoo, in the group, is what binds them together. She's got the personality, mental strength, and compassion towards her members. I personally believe that if it wasn't for Jisoo, the group would have problems internally, like personalities clashing and unresolved issues, but Jisoo knows how and when to be the big sister or be the friend, and that's what makes her amazing.

Yes. I also saw a leader aura in Rosé. Not just because she is the spokesperson, but because of her professionalism. I remember when they are to receive their award in MMA 2018, Jisoo was about to speak, but there's a sudden interruption. The three was shocked and Jisoo suddenly stopped talking, and Rosé gave signal to Jisoo to proceed to her speech. Rosé has a sense of urgency. Like when Jennie fell in the stairs onstage, Rosé immediately stand to hold Jennie. Also in Coachella. She was aware of what's happening onstage, even on her members. She even told Jennie to breathe before they perform AIIYL. And when they had a crowd talk in Coachella, she was really trying her best to prolong the conversation with the crowd since Jennie is still preparing backstage, and she was also trying her best to let Jisoo and Lisa to speak. Professional indeed. Even JYP recognized her professionalism. Most of K-Pop group leader have this trait. Like in iKON, Song is the most responsible member and the one who took care of his members. But B.I just has this leader vibes and he's the one who can handle difficulties onstage.

Being a leader doesn't mean you cant express yourself and your emotions. I personally think JISOO or ROSÉ can make great leaders cuz JISOO is older among the girls and she looks after everyone naturally everytime. (Everyone looks after everyone tho). I feel rosé too can be great cuz we've seen how she handles stage malfunctions so smoothly and she mostly answers any interviews in eng or kor. Like mostly. Ik everyone does but she does it mostly. You should do your research before saying it first 😅 Lisa said it herself at Knowing Brother that each of them had their own roles, and Jisoo has it the hardest where she make difficult decisions as the oldest while Jennie initiates thing. Jennie is more into "complaints or request for the agency", she's in charge of that. But her request is more from the request from other member as well where they want to appear more in variety shows. So Jisoo had more responsibilties in Blackpink.

Jisoo is the most important part of Blackpink in terms of her selflessness. Another girl in Jisoo’s position would've flinched by now out of jealousy and insecurity, but Jisoo was able to remain strong emotional and supportive so the whole team can flourish together.
It takes a lot of maturity out of an artiste to look beyond personal glory to help the team win big time. I am happy for Jisso that it’s her time to shine now. I pray that she will win an award for her acting debut. She deserves to win.
