great stuff, and superb miniatures, you mention the number of figures puts people off? you your self show 150+ pieces at the drop of a hat; the numbers thing only seems daunting if you focus on it to start, just one unit at a time guys. Also the early/late (classical) time slots, but there are more, I am working on Geometric (800 bc-650 bc) as my early greeks, and early classical 650 - 450 bc as my later greeks; spearman v hoplites were they overlap and this gives the widest range of opponents.
I think they look great. It does not bother me about what position figures you use. It makes battalions of troops look different. Only button counters would bother to pick up on something so petty.
Thanks mate. One thing I forgot to mention is that if you use metal spears, make sure you file/blunt the sharp ends! Those things are "wicked"! Cheers.
@@buckospiffle594 i have already met the pain of metal lances on my Brunswick Lancers. I have stabbed myself many times and drew blood and that was not even gaming with them. I can only imagine the pain of having an entire army of flesh piercing spear and pike tips.

Nice video. Ancient Greeks are my favorite too. Vendel Thistle and Rose make nice metal figures too. I'll have to get some Gorgon guys.
