I think Garen Q doesn't remove Trundle slow because the pillar is an area slow not a targeted one, so you cleanse it but it instantly slows you again cause you're still in the zone. It's like Soraka silence, you can't really cleanse that silence you just have to get out of the zone. That's my best guess anyway. I could be wrong!
3:13 one way to deal with proxying is to match it preferrably for the wave before cannon then base and walk your cannon wave to lane,even if you dont kill the enemy he shouldn't be able to kill your whole wave so you can use what's left to get 1-2 plates and/or force his tp. Assuming that you're ahead ofc if behind 99% of the times your happy matching proxy for as long as you're allowed to.

Teleport feels like the best summoner spell on nearly every champion. Ignite is much more of a coin flip and basically doesn’t exist after lane phase. With teleport you’re getting guaranteed value for the entire game and it can be used both from behind and ahead. I barely ever run ignite anymore.

Isn't Garen Q just a quicksilver for slowing effects? Like, if you're in a area that constantly applies a slow within it, it doesn't provide a constant slow immunity right? Then it'd work even if used just before nasus W and stuff too

It's basically a free get out of jail card so you can scale safely and don't have to take a bad base or worse yet, if you die, you dont lose 2 waves under tower.

Removes all slowing effects is wrong, it should say removes all slowing Debuffs IE: Lissandra Q, its not "deletes object that has slowing aura" If you try to QSS trundle pillar the same thing would happen. The same thing would happen with annivia R as well, Q is going to remove the slow from annivia R until next slow tick.
