They must be saving the best for last and remember western cape is pro DA. Majority of employees in WC is undocumented immigrants especially in the Winelands farms and lodges hired for cheap labour.
Where you in South Africa with us when this raids started 2months ago. And they mentioned during the news interview that they are starting with Hospitality and Construction sectors. This operation DID NOT start because of the lady from social media last week .
Stop lying, department of labour is the most useless department im government.. home affairs has been auditing restaurants not department of labour.. that useless department only showed up after that video was posted @@ActiveSide-ud3nh
The government has shown integrity by extending its focus beyond Gauteng to include other provinces. This effort is commendable and should be acknowledged. It is crucial to maintain this progress, while continuing to support farm workers, petrol attendants, car guards, employees at car washes, as well as our mothers and sisters working in private households.
Let us not stop with labour matters we need to put more focus on hospitals and expose those rude and nurses and doctors who are there to collect pay cheques month end.
Where were these Inspectors for all these years? The Department of Employment and Labour has failed our people by not doing what they were suppose to do. They were getting salaries for doing nothing.
If they don't have work permits, they are not allowed to work in SA. It's like these guys are not serious. How can you tell the public that you don't know if they have work permits or not? I have doubts.
Please come to Durban China Mall, every store does not comply to our fire regulations, isles are packed with rubbish, u cannot walk in these isles. Also all storez issue u a chinese recept which u have no idea what is printed on these slips
Can Anyone advise as to how to report this matters. At the company that I am employed there are approximately 15 Undocumented Foreign Nationals Zimbabweans and Mozambiqans. I have tried the CCMA and was told it is not there jurisdiction etc I cannot get through to the Department Of Labour Please Help!
Very true @hgkfu-this has been going on for far too long, now they want to be seen to be working, just because a little girl opened a can of worms on a restaurant , and because of Chidima case, o tshabe cold drink 🍸 😂
How many Pakistani & Chinese & Somali shops have you visited? Most likely one, then they will call their protectors they pay. People high up in ANC & Unions. End of their problem and futher action will be blocked. ANC is on their payroll. Where was the Phalaphala money from? ANC is on the take at the cost of the average South African.
😂😂😂and after all these outlets and businesses close down bcs they cannot operate in such hostile environments what then ??? The government will lose money bcs no tax to be paid , and no jobs even for South Africans 😂😂🤷🏻♀️
These businesses functioned very well with South Africans before, they will survive, no need to worry about businesses falling apart in SA. The rule of law needs to be brought back.
No business is being closed for fun here.if you care enough about our own being exploited because those illegal foreign nationals are there to accept anything. Shame on you
They have been sleeping & getting paid for not doing their work x30 years😢
Cape Town, patiently waiting.
They must be saving the best for last and remember western cape is pro DA. Majority of employees in WC is undocumented immigrants especially in the Winelands farms and lodges hired for cheap labour.

closing business for fun, to punish foreigners as if, local employees, suppliers, insurers, landlords, electricity and water suppliers wont loose.
These businesses functioned very well with South Africans before, they will survive, no need to worry about businesses falling apart in SA. The rule of law needs to be brought back.
Ooh!! You are not concerned about South Africans who are being exploited
You are obsessed with SA

Go to your country and tell your government to allow undocumented foreigners to be allowed to work
After 30 years, people are only starting to work now 🥱
