I'm from the Miami area and been around the block per say.... charges like that down here carry an "all-day" sentence.... doing crime down here is always a massive risk nowadays
How often though are those who commit the crimes posing as police officers? The affidavit shows that police uniforms, badges, car, lights and siren where used in the kidnapping... Although I've read about people posing as police, I've never read about 3 men dressing the part, renting a car and putting police decals on it, adding lights and sirens too.
They were doing this back around 2010 in Virginia.

Remember Shyne, the rapper (his debut album was released in 2000) from the late 90’s signed to P. Diddy’s Bad Boy Records, who was arrested, charged and convicted of a shooting in a NYC Club in Dec 1999. That shooting also involved Sean Combs and Jennifer Lopez. Shyne was sentenced to 10 years in prison and was incarcerated between 2001 to 2009. Immediately upon his release from prison, he was deported to by ICE to Belize.
His story, post release is crazy. He is now a member of Belize’s House of Representatives., and is the top candidate to Belize’s next Prime Minister in 2025. As Shyne was subsequently also appointed the Opposition Leader in the House of Representatives and the leader of the Belize United Democratic Party, he was able to return to the United States on an official State Visit. Maybe you can make a video about THIS Shyne Josh. His story of successfulness pre and post incarceration is amazing.

@@albertp.3893 I don't know man. I think people being stoned chronically,24 7 keeps them from reality. I used to smoke a lot of weed in my teens and I wouldn't make the best choices. I was constantly forgetting shit, keeping shit on the back burner,, was lazy when I didn't smoke weed especially. When I stopped smoking weed after couple years of constant weed smoke I had anxiety thru the roof. Anyone saying weed doesn't fuck up your mental doesn't want to admit they have a problem. If you smoke weed it might offend you but it's reality, I mean hell I used to and it really opened my eyes once I stopped how different I actually acted compared to now.

It’s hard sometimes when you’re out here trying to do the right thing and things happen where you’re struggling to make ends meet and someone comes along saying, “oh do this for me and I’ll give you a shit ton of this lick money” and that one choice is either a bad or a good one. That one dude I believe was also involved in the 69 situation at the LA fitness. Shyne has 69's watch from that situation. There is a video on pno channel of Shyne talking about it and showing it.
