@Dolapo Just check out the "unmasking of earthling Ed" its 3 episodes and you will be shocked how carefully Ed planned this to set up a buisiness. So far that he hides/changed his name right before he started youtube and the same for his girlfriend.
He also said his business was nonprofit while he is making a TON of money out of it and it is not nonprofit at all. It even has shareholders. It truely is shady as hell and he is using the vegan label and his image to cover all this up.

There’s nothing I could say, nice or not, that would make you have any compassion for anyone other than yourself. Just because people in a movement supporting rights for someone are bad doesn’t mean you should just continue to violate the rights of said being, you are apart of the reason of the world being terrible, you want the world to change for the better but won’t try and do anything to change it yourself. Either accept you’ll be criticized for the actions you do that harm others, or change and be loved. The world will not bend the knee for you.

Stupid if you ask me, she obvisouly couldnt handle watching them eat meat and pushed her veganism on them like alot of others do. Animal products are not going anywhere, vegans are better off trying to get more ethical farming standards and lower consumption of meat and dairy rather then scaring people away with their condescending activism
Her family weren't worth keeping in her life in that case. I can't understand people who have no respect for compassion. We need less of those people in this day and age, they're parasites.
@@elliotthedissident6077 What about compassion towards other humans to let them eat what they are supposed to eat, it's how we evolved to be as smart as we are, without DHA from fish, and saturated fat in our diet we wouldn't be what we are today and people get sick from plant based lies. You want to devolve through your diet that's fine with me but don't push that on your children or anybody else if that's your moral stand. The Mediterranean diet is the healthiest diet in the world, and it includes fish, cheese, eggs and yogurt and loads of other good stuff that is healthy in the right amounts, unlike the western diet that is heavy on trans-fats that are derived from plants. It's a fact that they are bad for you, along with proccesed meats. There's no solid evidence that real meats in the right amounts are bad for you, there's loads of solid proof for health benefits though ( and thousands of years of the human race thriving now more then ever)

People are easily manipulated by words and images. I am inclined to believe that the right words and images (which is what advertising is) can be used to increase the percentage of male vegans. That is great that a PhD student is working on that.

Dr Diablory Some restaurants in general are expensive yes. Some restaurants that offer vegan food are not expensive. And if you’re able to cook at home it’s really inexpensive. The bottom line is, a real man defends and protects weak, vulnerable, innocent, fragile populations whether they be human or another species. The only thing I hear a vegan say is that we wish we could do more. Veganism is about all animals, humans included. So many human lives also suffer at the hands of these industries. We want all explotation to end and we're starting with the biggest offenders.

dude.... I'm CRYING. I live in Texas and my fiancé and I are the only vegans I actually know. Constantly being around people who strongly disagree with a vegan lifestyle can be so taxing and just mentally/emotionally exhausting. it's SO nice to see this. It gives me so much hope. We will never stop fighting for animal liberation. We will never give up. I love this so much. I love this community. Thank you.

Totally agree with Ed that there is a place for every type of activism. The angry vegans who make headlines for civil disobedience which then leads to more awareness and civil discussions on mainstream tv with the likes of Ed and the vegans who are quiet but share delicious food with their families and friends, those who run rescues, those who protest again fur, the list goes on. It's about time vegans realised the importance of our differences and anything that is heading in the right direction is a good thing.

@@antibreeder1m barely, but they've already given animal rebellion coverage about closing down Spitalfields meat market in October which is why I think it's important for things such as blockades to draw attention (even negative attention) because I imagine there will be yet more interviews on mainstream tv with vegan activists. There has been plenty of vegan food stuff on tv recently which is great.

having to change a diet. Foods still the same I still had bangers and mash last night but with juicy coldron vegan

Meats but had young guests over from Italy. Now they've gone I'm back to my healthy plant based diet. ☝️💚🌱
This was one of the first times I actually felt some emotion towards animals in the industry. Especially when they had the moment of silence for the animals. Normally I would've thought it silly, but seeing all their faces, they know that animals are sentient beings who are being needlessly exploited.
Since discovering curry, and how easy it is to make it at home, I don't need meat or any dairy or eggs. You can put it on anything and it tastes so delicious. It can make the most bland things taste like a gift from the gods. I mix it in rice, beans, vegetables, you name it. Also, taco seasoning is delicious. Meat tastes as good as it does with salt, spices, etc. Without these things, if you ate meat with no added seasoning, salt, or anything, it would taste very boring. The tasty things in life come from plants, for the way our taste buds were designed. Herbs. Spices. Fruits. Vegetables. Our taste sensory was designed for those things; not animal flesh.
Broccoli or potato curry is nice. If you cook some onions, maybe a little sugar, and add some tomato paste. Also some garlic, ginger and chilli peppers. Made into a paste preferably but chopped is fine. 2 teaspoons garam masala, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder. Some canned tomatoes. Put it in a food processor if you want it smooth. Maybe some coconut milk or yogurt and some fresh coriander/cilantro at the end. Pretty sure that's a nice curry if I'm not forgetting something.

I was at last years Toronto march, only around 1000 people were there but it was so much fun, I can only imagine how epic it mush have been to march with 12000 vegans in London.

I’ve been living abroad for quite a few years, so I barely see my family - twice a year pretty much. Since I’m vegan (2 1/2 years), it’s a topic that we discuss every time I see them. I always insisted on the health benefits of the vegan diet - didn’t get through to them.
Then I started watching activists like you and learned a lot about how to talk about it. It’s now been two weeks after my last visit there, and my sister told me that she watched cowspiracy and decided to go vegetarian (probably will switch to vegan too). And now my parents just told me that they will stop eating meat too.
This is working, we are slowly (but surely) winning, keep up the good work Joey!

I so regret not going to the march, But I didn't have the money to get to london, and my parents and sister would worry about me too much going to london alone. I will be going next year though, I save the money and be brave enough to go on my own.
