@@Ivanatis I do not have a particular person in mind. Maybe Alcaraz, Dimitrov, Sakkari, Sinner for example. More videos about the nutrition that the athletes are implementing and if they are also cooking would be inspiring. Also how much education did they get on this aspect of life.

Original, raw, alpine style oats are OK, not cherrios, though. However, I don't think having nuts is enough for protein intake. His diet seems very bland. At least he should eat eggs and fish if he doesn't want to eat meat. I am under the impression that he is easily running out of energy. That's why there's no success in GS
You'd be amazed how many GS Novak won on a plant-based diet. Don't forget this is only one video about one day, I don't think He eats only what's shown here every day.

He eating vegetarian diet explains lack of performance in 5 sets GS. Not consuming animal based protein create beain fog and difficulties to focus for an extended time.

what? thats wrong on so many levels. People who eat high animal based protein often complain about brain fog and when switching to vegan they often report not having brain fog anymore. buddy theres maby many reasons against vegan, but brain fog is like the #1 reason why vegan is Good hahaha
