Mitchell Hooper is playing chess while most others are playing checkers. His unparalleled ability to do a needs analysis as well as his extremely detailed specificity of training, recovery, nutrition, and supplementation are going to lead to him winning again. I expect him to complete the first quadfecta this year: Arnold's, World's, Strongest Man on Earth, and Rogue.

Honestly, if Mitch can keep up this level of performance for another 2-3 years I have no doubts we’re going to witness the greatest run of all time (for major shows of course). I know Big Z went on his reign of terror competing more than anyone at one point, but if Mitch wins WSM, the Arnold’s, Rogue, and perhaps the Shaw, for the next couple of years? His level will be unmatched. A lot of terrific competitors in the field right now, but it’s hard to see any of them dethroning Mitch for the foreseeable future.

shhhhhhh your giving away the secrets. It's like when runners or any endurance folks said train zone 2 80% of the time zone 3-5 15% and zone 6 5%. Big help to me and output with much easier recovery. Running at zone 3 or 4 and nothing more or less is less adaptive.
Thanks for the routine help. Maybe you have but some would say nasal breath during all activities when ever possible. Try it out. It's magical for me and recovery after sprints. Or slow breathing cool downs. Deep slow inhales, pause, deep slow exhales with nose only. You get light headed and that's part of the point/indicator as BP drops and veins/arteries/vessels dilate.
No stone un-turned. You should meet with patick mcewan oxygen advantage and go up a breathing level.
