Can’t believe people actually think dogs can’t eat veg 🙄🤦🏻♀️ my rescues have free range animal protein, fruit/veg with every meal. If I need to give them medication, I stuff it in a cube of pumpkin/butternut. You’re an amazing example - hope people take note.

@@creativesparks2164 i mean some animals can’t eat everything but dogs aren’t true carnivores and def not herbivores so they are an example of an animal that can benefit off of all types of food. some animals are carnivores, some animals are omnivores, some animals are herbivores. cats and ferrets are true carnivores, they can only really digest meat. dogs are like a carnivore with omnivore tendencies because of their close relationship with humans for so so many years !! pretty cool actually

I like that pop up, I've not seen you before. Dogs not only need vegetables, they like vegetables. People don't give them a chance, but my dog loves carrots! Won't eat it cooked, he's likes the crunch. I did check with the vet about what's appropriate and what isn't. You're doing a great job, when he's in his forever home, he'll be happier having learned to BE happy That's what fostering is all about I think. 🌞
