Very clever process. I wasn't aware of the frying process but it makes sense as the frying dries the Noodles after it has been steamed and firms up the noodles for better packaging.

와 ~~!! 우리밀에 튀기지 않은 건면 같은데 부담없이 먹을수 있어 좋네 공장 시설도 청결하고 출입 할때 무슨 반도체 공장 들어가는줄 ~!! 마지막에 다익은 컵라면이 기름하나 안떠있는거 같은데 진심 구매하고 먹어보고 싶다 가격은 좀 비싸겠네요 그래도 밤에 생각날때 먹으면 좋을듯 하네 ~~~!!

I'm curious to find out why they used deep sea water mixed with the flour to make noodle instead of tap water? Is that to add saltiness to the noodle?
Also higher acidity which makes the gluten activate more, like more chewy and springy then regular pastas
Apparently to cut down on the amount of microplastics in the water

몇몇 양심터진 업체들 빼면 다 겁나 깔끔해요. 님 댓글 보고 몇년전 편의점 알바할때 생각이 났는데, 어떤 아줌마가 사람들 삼각김밥 사가는거 보고 더러운데서 만들었을텐데 잘도 사먹는다고 혀를 쯧쯧 차는데 ㅋ 삼각김밥 공장이 그 아줌마네 집 부엌보단 깨끗할텐데 말이죠ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
