Nice to listen in on a conversation with two accomplished guys whom I have followed for years with affection and respect!! Good show! I NEVER expected Howie to be so sensitive behind his mask of confidence and humour!! I also suffer from over-thinking and insecurities...maybe ALL of us do these days! THANKS!
I have loved Howie since I saw his comedy special as a kid and Bobby's World. Dude is a legend. When I see him talk about how bad his OCD is, I wonder how shook up he was after being on the Eric Andre show 🤣
Howie I am 65 I have the same type of OCD I take medication I’ve tried everything 3 years ago I did 8 treatments of a naisel spray called Spavoto it’s like Ketamine each time it is 2 hours and not 1 second before you are under a doctors watch the whole time the results were great I may have to have a few in the future but well worth it I ask my psychiatrist why we didn’t do it before and he said because it was not approved love you and Joe both 😊❤
I had the same problems with OCD, dyxlexia, and never ending depression. I sorted through the things you and joe were talking about and realized theres really only two things you can do: stay on the meds or face the issues head on. At first, its a struggle, I knew kundalini, and integrated it with very low does of THC. Its taken about five years to reach the state of mind im in now. I can now understand so many things that get in the way, and you will too.

Joe is so authentic, especially when contrasted with someone like this guest. Joe says what he know from research and Howie says either what he thinks he's supposed to say or what he thinks will promote his business. Howie is so transparent, especially in this setting. 😐🤷🏽♂️
I think you are correct about Joe. But way off on Howie. How basically admits he does not think about the negative implications because he has enough depression already. He is not promoting anything and at the very beginning he compliments Joe for finding the work around for the woke cancel culture. What I do get is Howie is very naive to what AI could do to people if it is not very well regulated. He want to "Trust in it" until it decides that people with disabilities are a burden and need to be removed. (Mental ilness can and does fall under disabilities)
If the earth WAS flat, there would be a Grand Canyon level tourist stuff. View stations, glass bridges, mule rides, bungee jumps.... We'd be seeing lots of ads for all this. 😂

Remember when Bobcat Goldthwait started in stand-up, his persona was that of a seriously mentally and physically diminished comedian. It was his shtik. Then after some time he lost it. I get a sense that in the beginning, Howie developed a persona around his afflictions that has been slowly phased out over time. Perhaps therapy has helped as he got older.... This is just an observation.
