As a young child under 10 years of age, Bishop C. H. Mason prayed that I would be healed of fainting episodes and God healed me through him and the saints. Praise God!!!

Hallelujah I thank God I'm saved and I'm Sanctified and I'm filled with the Holy Ghost and that with fire ..no matter what's going wrong with your life. God is able to fix it.. he's a miracle-working working God...

Im growing In a COGIC house hold and everytime I see a picture of bishop mason I always saw something off, until recently I saw him on a tarot deck card, did some research and I’m trying to find answers

Knowledge is power. It is a great idea for anyone who chose to follow the greatest church and their leadership. They should find it interesting that all religious knowledge is sted in the freedom of the slaves. I am a McLaurin, the McLaurin, name was given by the slave owner that married my great, great, great, grandmother. He married my great, great, great, grandmother, gave her freedom and gave her the McLaurin, name. My grandmother, Damley, is a C.O.G.I.C.
Humble origins and a desire to know God; a heartfelt story that is also rich with history. I like the fact that the origins of this movement are multi ethnic/interracial which is what the kingdom of heaven should resemble. There are some issues that should be of concern; it seems like doctrinal Christianity is not always a top priority. Today’s COGIC Church is majority people of color (black people); the vast majority of which support a party that has as part of their platform the sins outlined in Romans 1.
That is the truth. That's the main reason why I left. I went nondenominational just like my dad did when he was living.

I loves the Holiness Churches....The bible says without Holiness no man shall see god...be yes holy 4 I am holy.....But many churches are have lost holiness...I thank God 4 my holiness church..🖐🏽🖐🏽🖐🏽🖐🏽
I look at Mason Temple today and I am still amazed. All of the modern design and modern churches, there is something still special about Mason temple. It is the final resting place of Bishop Mason, but to me it is also physical manifestation of the scriptures. Church standing that is built on strong foundation. It was built to last.

Notice: COGIC DID NOT come out of the Baptist Church ⛪! Bishop C. H. Mason came out of the Baptist Church BUT NOT the COGIC denomination itself! Actually the COGIC style of praise, worship, preaching, etc actually is rooted in the African foundations and traditional style of worship which is also to prove that Pentecostalism began in Africa ( Libya to be exact in the home of John Mark ). Bishop C. H. Mason recaptured and retained the style of worship from the African Ancestors NOT the European founded Baptist Church which was founded by Rogers Williams and other Europeans.
COGIC is no longer a holiness church but a business. 😔 Sad !

Let some of these preachers of today face having to stand for the straight truth and face jail time - they will dip so fast!! It's said to say but it's the truth. There are only a few good MEN left that are willing to non-violently preach the true gospel and stand behind it no matter what they may loose. They know who it was that gave it all to the in the first place and they know that if HE chooses HE can more than replace it all. These are the men whose treasures are laid up in heaven where nothing can destroy it. Praise God!

I always felt she was the most sincere of her sisters. My opinion is that her anointing speaks of her faithfulness to GOD. Most definitely she could be a multi-millions song writer and musician for the secular world but she held on to the LORD.

Mason did what all our preachers did took slave master teaching and called it God when you don’t see separation between what the slave master taught verses what we teach today and leaving us with the question how was the slave master hearing from God answer you must be creative to make it fit meaning is it God ?????

Mason was re-baptized in JESUS name by Bishop Hancock in Detroit in his 60’s and the General board thought he was going senile and refused to embrace the Apostles doctrine (Acts 2:38 Mark 16:1-5-17 John 3:5 Eph 4:5-6). Before he died he seen a vision of a train full of cogic members in their way to hell
