  • In 2021 Cedar Point Celebrates it's 150th anniversary of operation. Cedar Point put an insane amount of effort into this celebration and to say it is better than expectation is an understatement. As a Disney fan, this is one of the view times that I can compare something with a Disney Parade/Show.
Cedar Point's 150 Spectacular is only going until August 15th so don't miss out! The fun is just beginning!

That ended up looking a lot better than I expected but of all the coasters to get a dedicated float Gemini really? and twice?

@@jamesmcmanus1206 Probably could’ve thrown a GateKeeper float together as it’s been down all season lmao

They used Gemini for a couple of reasons. First off Gemini while not that impressive now was actually a record breaking coaster that kicked off the expansion of Cedar Point into building a bunch of major record breaking coasters. The second reason was that those two trains were easily accessible since they were just removed from Town Hall. Third in the parade using two Gemini trains made it easier for the actors on the float to do their job. They didn’t do it in this video but many times the actors in both trains will banter with each other about which color is better or who is going to win the race this time. It was actually a lot of fun that couldn’t have happened if only 1 train was used or a different ride was used.

Hey don’t dis Gemini, and both trains are apart of the /one/ ride. Can’t have one without the other now, cmon.
