Do people want her to say the price so she can endure another round of comments telling her how cheap it is in places she doesn't want to live in just so they can bash London prices. A person who loves West London or Kensington really isn't trying to live somewhere cheap.
Legit, no one wants to live in your 50 bedroom house in Liverpool mate that you're renting for £1.75/month. There's a reason people want to live in LONDON specifically and not anywhere else!
If you can afford it then you deserve it. 4k in, 2k out on rent. Simple
On rent or buying you mean? When buying I would always go for the most expensive one I can afford so it can increase more too
@@quantumsystems9382As someone who recently bought a very cheap house in Liverpool - this feels targeted
Who cares about the rent she's paying. No one else is paying it. People are sad
The decor is a cross between, Art Deco, Mid-Century Modern and Minimalist.
I like an open plan.
Congrats on the new place👍🏻
there is nothing art deco about this place
Minimalist and Mid-Century Modern is right thou, I think. But there is only retro Mid-Century so far, I haven't seen anything really vintage. It is definetly not Bauhaus, as they allways used color for the interior walls. Only the outside was completly white.
@@dontatme319🎉😂🎉😂😂🎉😂😂t tr
Not Art-Deco at all, but the rest is right. In terms of space usage, there's also a bit of the Bauhaus way of thinking, though the visual style isn't like Bauhaus at all.
I caught the mid century modern since the house I was born in was that design.
Anytime a apartment come fully furnished, you need to get a hidden camera detector and check behind all mirrors for double sides. #StaySafe
There are v few fully furnished places when I've been looking in London. They're usually part furnished ( bed, sofa) no decor.
How can you be so paranoid?
@@Arendhar you're not a woman, will never get it
I‘m SO SO proud of you and to be part of your journey. The first video I watched was Moon eating fruits.. HILARIOUS and that was 8!!!! years ago. You’ve already come so far and you’ve got such a bright future ahead of you, sweetheart. Much love.
I remember I used to binge watch Taz's videos when I came back from a stressful day in senior year of high school. Now I'm in my third year in Uni and it warms my heart so much that I got to watch Taz's progress in her videos. Love ya, Taz! Congratulations on the new apartment! Stay safe 🫶🏻
I have a surgery tomorrow morning and all I'm doing is binge watching your videos to relax myself ❤️ thank you for existing and sharing your life with us
This is perfect timing because I was just watching your packing up vlog (on your other channel) and this just popped up.
The apartment looks phenomenal
Congratulations on the new place Taz!!!🥹🫶🏾👏🏾
The new place looks really good.
Congrats Taz
Congratulations 🎉. Love your new place!
Wow I don’t think I’ve ever commented on one of your videos before but Taz, this place is so you!!
It’s so cute Taz!
Open plan works for me. It’s very interactive and fun. I like the white as well. Happy for you!
Felt soo connected that I too felt like I also found a new home 😭🤌🏻 congrats by the way 🎉
Hey Taz im so happy for you ! Concerning the kitchen, i remember that in your very firsts flat hunting videos, having a closed kitchen was one of your criteria ! It’s funny how that changed now bc i remember you were very adamant about it!
31 seconds in and I can already feel major Taz vibes from this place!
Congratulations taz!🤎
Congratulations taz so happy your in London now I remember you saying your moving to London ages ago 💗
So the problem with open kitchens is when more than one person is living there, someone is banging, clanging and sizzling away, whilst someone else is trying to read or watch tv etc. SUPER annoying.
Congrats on your new home. 🎉 Always glad I clicked for Taz. 😊
Hi Taz, love this whole modern mid century asthetic house for ya. I think you can put the TV next to the black chair under the big white
canvas, since there's a platform there. Its close to the sofa as well. You'd prob have to move the canvas tho.
You been busy. Thanks for posting my friend.
Its fate I’ve JUST finished the previous video, went back and refreshed and the new vid popped up! Buzzing, congrats!!!
Low rise windoes are everything in apartment.. i love it too. Its such a nice feature to have.. specially near by bed that window view.. the most comforting place in home 😁💖
You look very happy there, so many clever storage solutions
I was so excited that I liked the video before watching it lol. The house is stunning, it feels super homie and calming yet modern and functional. I hope you enjoy every moment in it
If I knew I was only staying there for a few months I don't think I could ever really settle. It wouldn't feel like my home, more like staying at someone's house
That’s the way you have been conditioned by society to think . Who says we have to stay in the same house our whole lives for it to be our home? We’ve been taught that to keep us chained to a mortgage
the vibes are sooo on point 😍
Congratulations. From Cardiff to London. :)
I'm team kitchen being in it's own room, but it can be openish like it is in this super cool place. I love the new flat and all the cool storage. Maybe the TV could go on the ledge where the fireplace would have been.
Taz is starting making good moneyyyyy😘😘it’s so beautiful to see her developing 😘
Since it's temporary I wonder has she bought a house and is waiting for it to be ready. Congrats if so!
That would make sense. Takes months from having an offer accepted to finally getting the keys
@@sarahmultimediaI think her old place is being done up
Eclectic minimalism.
If you're architecture enthusiastic or overall decor person, knowing what suits you and you vibe matters. End of the day is your own preference.
I love the open concept kitchen, smell are easy to get way through window and air conditioning anyways. If you scared of heavily smell use candles, smell infusers, or anything that can absorbs the awful smells away from your space.
yay i was excited for this
That was fast. 😮 Congrats!🎉
about the topic of open kitchen it is really cool for hosting other guest but sometimes when you cook the smoke is really the problem or the smell. thats why others hate it
Wow you made me realize why I hate “open plan” concept without me knowing why before ! I like the separation of rooms because it gives me as an introvert somewhere to go hide especially when guests are over 😂
So many cool video effects just in the beginning.
Congratulations on moving house. It looks a really nice place taz
Team open plan !!! But this flat is my vibe everthing is white walls but the decor brings the colour and life !!! 🙌🏼🫶🏻
Hi Taz, I'm sure I saw you on the central line yesterday afternoon (I won't give away location). Wanted to come and say hello but obviously I bottled it! Congrats on the new place.
Absolutely love that top x
hello, hello, that low window it's so cuuute =) yes that straw basket is for laundry. So, you need to keep hunting as that one is for summer only. Good luck, fingers crossed you find a cool, cosy new place =) good night
Love this!
congrats, this is such interesting and unique apartment, I hope you'll make great memories there!
I’m in LOVE with this space
So proud!
congrats girl x
Wow very nice apartment your in Taz. I really love it. Beautiful just beautiful. Take care always! 🎉
I think you should put the tv under the big art piece that way you can see the tv while you cook!
washing up basket made me chuckle.
love this editing style, it looks so cool. the decor shots are awesome!!!
We’re moving into a flat from a house (with a lot of storage) in just over two weeks and the amount of work I’m having to do on top of College, work experience and a few other things is insane
OMG CONGRATS!!!!
Looks cool, hope you are happy there.
Apart from the galley kitchen (love the gas hob tho!), I think this apartment is phenomenal! Ok, it's got a very 'bachelor-pad' feel but I love how much storage it has & how the space has been utilised ❤
I'd just put the TV on the bookshelf.
If you have loose-leaf teas or are planning on making a larger pot of tea, you can use the french press like a tea pot!
I love this sort of kitchen with a window into the living space. I currently have an open plan kitchen/living room and, while it’s nice sometimes, can be claustrophobic when my roommate has a friend or her bf over. Probably would love it more if i lived alone but would prefer more of a closed off space!
Congratulations on getting the new place. Put the tv on the shelf. It'll look gud there
Wow it's such a cool place! Can't wait to see your summer there :)
TV On the shelf would go perfectly!
I think your apartment is considered "small". In Australia everyone has large houses, where many have these open spaces that make it feel a lot more empty and souless. Your apartment has an open space but it seems very cosy - I love it!
Beautiful apartment ❤
About the kitchen: i love it separately but it is important to have space in the kitchen for some friends to sit down - so we can talk and drink something while cooking. 😊🤩
i love it!
I wld say ur hse looks like a Modern Contemporary space. Very cosy and i love it.
First of all Congratulations...and secondly I like your flat...it's beautiful
Wow this place is so much better than the ones you viewed in your other video. I’d love to live somewhere with so much storage it’s what my house lacks which isn’t great with 5 of us
Hello I ran across your channel 2 days ago and love it new subscriber 🎉
I love the space, it’s too perfect! Would love some leads to rent it after you. I genuinely see me calling it home
The house is so nice! ❤
I love this place
open plan seems fine when you live alone occasionally have guests over, but imagine liviing with other people and being watched in the kitchen
This is 100% the thing. Not being able to get away from others sometimes can be rough!
Thank you for showing us this cool place. I aspire to one day own something I can customize 🩵
get a fitueyes tv stand, could be a little bit high for how low the sofa is but its a big game changer!! could also just spin it around to use it from kitchen whilst u cook
I don't understand why the previous owners left all their cool things like that
It hasn’t been left there, it’s a furnished rental :)
You really don’t pay attention do you? It’s a FURNISHED RENTAL!
@@Taviemechill 😹

Even though the living room is artsy it’s not you xxx you would need to rearrange the living space. I would mount the tv on the wall where the leather sofa is, and get rid of artsy furniture add a L shap sofa so you can watch tv and have the light of the window.
She is only renting, you would have to store the furniture to put back before you leave, and she already has a couch in her other home so it seems like a huge cost for a few months
Such a prettyyy home!
Kind of minimalist with a touch of modern ;)
Also.. Open plan! I created an open plan kitchen/dining area/living room setup and, as you say, it keeps you together when entertaining which I think is a good thing.
P.S. Read more books! Especially before going to bed instead of a laptop/TV or phone. You will get a better nights sleep! ;)
P.P.S. TV could possibly go on that shelf where the vase and other bits are? It would deffo set the sofa up for "blanket and netflix" xD
Amazing ❤❤❤ congratulations sis ,
with the amount of struff from someone else in there it just looks like an airbnb to me
YAYYYYY
Oh finally!! I've been waiting for daaaays !! Congrats
I hope I get my own place too. It's difficult living with parents.
Finally!!!!
Glad you found a cute place. Some of those other places you looked at were not worth the money at all.
I hope this means for you that after the summer you will be showing us a flat or house you have bought, i would love to see a clickfortaz reno series!
it seems likely that she will move back to her old place, as her reason for moving is renovation works on the building. i would love a renovation series too, though!
I am pretty sure the flat she temporarily moved out of is her own. She has never said she rented it
Amazing Flat apartment, you have a good vibe
Put the tv on shelf unit where you're planning.. and just lay horizontal like u did always ..🤭😄 I too love to just lay instead of sitting. It's like 2nd bed. 😂 To me..
Moon would totally love the bookshelf HAHAHHA. When she's around she just going to spend time reading the books on the shelf 😂
I feel like you could place the tv to the right side of the sofa, below the picture frame. So when you're cooking in the kitchen you could still watch the tv.
Yes Taz I do believe that is a woven Laundry basket, you are safe! 😂❤
I love your apartment so much😍🙂
I don't mind open plan but if the washing machine/dryer is in the kitchen then I like to have a door between the spaces to block off some of the noise!
reminds me of the french artist Matisse! the WHAT when you said you didn't drink coffe caught me off guard HAAHAHHA
she said it makes her anxious!
Close kitchen space 🙌
I would switch the table with the console with all the books, so you can put the tv in front of couch :)
Beautiful place ❤
I feel like open plan just makes your space seem larger and lighter. But as someone who grew up with a lot of people and an open plan, sometimes frying things would frustrate people trying to watch tv. Or simply you accidentally burning something and the smell being in the whole entertainment area
It’s like an air bnb .. cool
Been waiting for the apartment tour. You make me want to look for apartments for fun 😂😂😂
