ive used VR in war thunder a few times. Cockpit view is usually the best to play with if you have your VR headset on. Now, if someone gets on your ass, 3rd person comes in very handy you have a HUGE FOV around and behind your plane. War thunder is cool, but, its pretty rough on a vr setup unless you have a high tier one like Vive. Not a bad video, keep making content and dont be afraid to try different things out
Keep it up. I would recommend playing realistic because of the bonuses, it will make the grind easier, and avoid playing bombers/attack aircraft since with the current state of the game, they arent really useful in air battles. If you decide to switch to realistic, crew your aircraft on the same crew, you only need 1 for realistic battles, this way you will level up the crew, wich is important especially in these low/mid tiers. Learn about climbing, boom and zoom, turn fighting.I personally recommend sticking to investigating the fighter branch(the one that ends in the F-15) the naval fighter branch(ends with the F-14s) and the attack aircraft branch, with the A-10. Stick to playing the naval and airforce fighters and only buy, do not crew the attack aircraft until you get the A-10, play the P47s, P51s, Wildcats and Corsairs and you will get jet aircraft. I wish i knew these things when i started playing.
