I have never been this excited to see you and your team in our land South Africa. This channel has inspired my family to build our family home in Johannesburg. We started watching it about 3 years ago and we don’t miss a single episode. It’s so heartwarming to experience this and I am delighted that you got to experience us through Cape Town, our darling beautiful city with mountains and seas. This is by far the best house I have ever seen on any channel. I could not believe that every single place you filmed was so amazing and beautiful. I don't say that easily. Every detail was fantastic with the right design and color. The entire house was a piece of art. Just gorgeous. What a masterpiece.

@@clementxleo Cape Agulhas is not Cape Town. It’s 200km east of Cape Town and in a totally different municipal district. No Indian ocean around the Cape Peninsula.
The architecture of this home is just mind-boggling. The exterior curves and lines are just phenomenal. The kitchen, great room, and primary bathroom are very well designed. Love your pick Enes And team! Your content is just so well done and inspirational!

Masterful tour as always guys, not one of my favourite properties but there are quite a few golden nuggets I love about this home. I appreciate the private balcony, the comfy bubble furniture as well as the stunning views, the bathrooms looks like where I'd spend most of my time lol. I know it is called the White House but the yellow was a pleasant and welcomed surprise and the layout of the home in my opinion seems to maximise privacy I like that. I do like how they added the black to balance the white and natural light that would occupy the house with using so much white. I can imagine the play on light and dark at different times of the day while minimising heat annnnd creating dimension....., simple yet effective! well thought out.
SOUTH AFRICA IS STUNNING, I am blown away, it wasn't on my list of places to go but it definitely Is now. Thank you for this exposure !

Enes you've made my day.....and probably a few more to come. I lived in Cape Town for 23 years, 12 in Sea Point and 11 in Table View. It pains me that I do not live there anymore but in the 21 years since we left we have been back on holiday more times then we could ever afford the other way around. Income and stability dictate living in exile but I am really pleased to tour South African properties with you and Mikey. Sincere thanks.

This was either designed by someone from Michigan or inspired by someone that went to Michigan. Roche Bobois furniture and that staircase is one of DesRosiers signature pieces. I have been to several homes with those staircases, seen one with green glass that was incredible.

Just a small side note: the value of this property when converted to the dollar is rather misleading due to how weak the rand is vs the dollar, based on 'real value' it would be at least $27 000 000... Great tour as always Enes!
