I actually hated the raging blast mechanics but whatever
They have a history with Dragon Ball games of ALMOST having something great with all the ingredients there and just totally shitting the bed. All they had to do was keep the engine as it was and add all the improvements this game made and it would have been fantastic.
To be fair the hero mode let you customize your character a lot more when it came to voice and clothes color ( technically), and aura

It wasn’t that bad but it does need a couple of improvements.But a good thing is it’s a Dbz game before xenoverse that had a customize character. It may even be the first I think I don’t remember that well
@Roman Francis yeah that’s true xenovese does be having problems with the hair spiking up when you transform and in this game they actually talk and make comments instead of yelling and grunting like xenoverse so this game does have better things over modern dragon ball games

You can customize fighting styles AND auras
Custom auras I think tenkaichi 2 started that.ultimate tenkaichi ended it.

To be honest, if they made more games related to Ultimate Tenkaichi and built upon the CAC concept, it would've been really good. The story for the CAC's story mode was pretty cool, the dialogue was awesome and it kinda've felt like your character was actually alive.

I honestly liked this game, probably because it was the only fighting game and DBZ game my family owned when I was little. The game was my brother's and he ultimately always beat me whenever we played against each other, and looking back at it know, it was most likely due to the gameplay system. I just got the short end of 1 out of 3 chance system many MANY times.

Man I only played one dragon ball game back then and that was Dragon ball budokai tenkaichi 2 and I LOVED that game so much the background music was great and I liked the character select screen too. Ndukauba id you see this you should play budokai tenkaichi 3 in another video :)

The story mode and the graphics during this time made this game great....I remember it took me at least a week to beat Great Ape Baby and Omega Shenron
