When I was just a little girl, I was made fun of in school for not knowing my second language, for being mixed, for not ever seeing my dad. My father left because of a fight he had with my mother when I was younger. I know nothing of South Korea but my mom told me it had something to do with him going into the military(?) i watch the lives of others like me on UA-cam. Blasian, Korean, and problems in teen lives. Your high vlogs shows me another perspective of things and I am honestly so grateful. My mother taught me nothing of Korean culture and she doesn’t even want to teach her own. Now, I live in America and I never speak to my dad. He never calls or texts. He never shows up but I want to live with him. He lives in South Korea now but I want him to know all the hardships I had to go through because he wasn’t in my life. I was also bullied for liking K-pop in the 6th grade and both asian and black girls hated me for not indulging in either side. Now, I tell my friends that I am only black because I still have trouble with accepting and I only gain my knowledge from UA-cam and tiktok. I even do debates to find more information so I can become comfortable again with telling people that I am not just black. I want to embrace myself and not push myself away! You don't need to bring lunch, once in a month exam only, not really strict in clothing, can take video or vlog (in my school it's prohibited because i might expose how awful our school's system they will just reasoned it's credential), has nice table, has locker, has nice and clean restroom, has nice television, you guys can sleep (*jealous), and lastly you had free time. Koreans school is really different from mine.
