I tried using the payU and it didn't bring the page to add my card details. Instead,it showed,'couldn't add funds,try again or select a different payment method '. What do I do?

Sir I watched your video about how to create prepaid ads account creation with mobile phone and each time I click on "ads account" under advertise it will say it's time to move over to the app. It doesn't open for me to create the account. Can I create the account using the app? And Does it mean I can't create it with my mobile phone? Cos someone said it can only be done with a laptop. Is that true or there's another alternative pls
You can't create on mobile view ... Check desktop site on your phone browser
