5:25 Okay, this is for you and everyone else: when you are merging into a lane and there is a vehicle beside you, you are required by law to merge behind them. If you do not and you get into a car accident, it is automatically your fault. merging behind the vehicle if there's one next to you. it's not hard to open a drivers ed handbook.
People sometimes slow down to prevent you from merging say if you have a vehicle they don't like say a Cybertruck or a bumper sticker that says Kamala for Prez. They do it because they are neanderthals. So don't make assumptions you know what it does.
Must be real fun for the drivers that are in the lane that "ends" if there is dense traffic, they are never going to be able to merge. Another silly rule, in Europe we use the much more logic zipper, where, whatever car is in front has the right of way and we generally do 1 car from each lane to make traffic flow in both lanes.
Since everyone is forced to have insurance, medical companies can charge insane amounts. Usually people don't pay and their insurance companies do but still the prices can get insane.

I know 50% of human drivers would still not have avoided it. Seen a lot of lawyer videos where people blatantly ignored the last safe chance doctrine and drove casually into an 18-wheeler. Uninsured motorist coverage saved me 10k fixing my pretty much brand new subaru a few years ago. This particular driver was up my ass. I got over to the left lane when we came up to a wall of traffic. instead of getting right behind me in the left lane, they decided to punch it up to probably 90 and then force me out of my lane. The fact that Maxx did that when he span around doing 75mph is just irresponsible and dangerous. Clip #4 - probably a "malfunction" in one of the rear brakes where the wheel locked itself and threw the car to the left side as you can see in the clip. There is a skidmark from the left rear tyre before the right one. Calling this drifting is just ridiculous.

Ironic he didn't have the rim protector thing you were advertising XD

Then steers it straight by whipping the steering to the right. Good thing no other car was coming in that lane. @@superidol1536It’s expected that you’ll have people pile on when it doesn’t avoid an accident, but remain silent for the all the times it does.
Well in Tesla's defense, the system isn't fully autonomous yet. That's why Tesla puts out a disclaimer saying "Keep your eyes on the road and be attentive at all times." If you fully rely on FSD to do all of the driving and something happens, it's your fault. The system's great but not perfect, but you still need to pay attention.
@@ryansmithc I don't think he's blaming the system, just someone who was not paying attention while using it.

#15 Is a perfect example why self driving cars should be banned, a human driver could have easily avoided that accident!
I know 50% of human drivers would still not have avoided it. Seen a lot of lawyer videos where people blatantly ignored the last safe chance doctrine and drove casually into an 18-wheeler. I honestly don't think fsd is worse than a human driver, given total evidence of comparing incidents and frequencies.
Uninsured motorist coverage saved me 10k fixing my pretty much brand new subaru a few years ago.
It's amazing to me that there are uninsured drivers going over 80mph and forcing other drivers out of their lane.
I'm not saying I'm an angel, I usually drive fast enough to avoid everyone else. This particular driver was up my ass. I got over to the left lane when we came up to a wall of traffic. instead of getting right behind me in the left lane, they decided to punch it up to probably 90 and then force me out of my lane. I was feeling a certain way so I held my lane. They swiped the side of my car pretty good, all panels on the passenger side were damaged pretty good.

Clip #12 - an ending lane does not give you a right to push someone who is driving next to you. Even signaling "far in advance" does not give you a right of way. Slow down if you want to merge early or speed up and merge where you're supposed to merge. Don't put others in danger Kayvan...
Clip #11 - racing on a track while doing 90mph in a corner with one hand AND recording it on a phone is crazy.
Love how 4ra adapts to any device, betting on my tablet is just as easy as on my laptop 💻📱
16k USD medical bill for a 8 day stay at a hospital is absolutely crazy. Never change, USA.
First - that french mustang was indeed a true one, as they are famous for always trying to put you into the ditch, all the way from 1967 until today.
Second - the BMW lights are actually hazard lights, applied by the car, not the driver, who apparently doesn't know his car well enough to use blinkers.
To Maxx: Just a suggestion, but if you're going to do track days periodically, you should get a 2nd set of cheap rim, and run good grippy tires on them, the stock Tesla tires were optimized for fuel efficiency and comfort. Pretty much anting rated for a sports car you will see an improvement over stock on your next Track Day. 😎
