Are you serious? Swerving into the other lane? Smell of marijuana which is probable cause to remove and search the vehicle in the state of TN? It was murder. After the officer was on the ground he opened the door and shot again. That’s not even remotely self defense that’s murder.

I've read all the legal doctrine on this. The issue with smell being probable cause. Is hemp being legal in TN. No person or dog can determine the difference between the two by scent. As such, it automatically negates probable cause, based on that.

It amazes me how this has gotten to court so quickly, if this was the other way around and the coppers had killed the defendant it would take years to get to court if at all. Talk about special treatment. She was seen walking without the crutches minutes after leaving court. They tortured that guy and i don’t believe for one minute he had mary jane in the car.
13 weeks training plus 14 weeks with another officer is ridiculous, in the uk they get 6 months training plus 2 years probation to be a police officer and they don’t carry weapons either. These so called cops don’t know the laws, only the very basic and that’s it. I have zero sympathy, they tortured him and then beat the sh1t out of him when they apprehended him.
