let's build a house in the sims 4 but the budget AND size double with every room! i saw my wonderful friends @carynandconniegaming do this challenge with just the size so i decided to do it but double the budget as well! this sims 4 building challenge was definitely that. a CHALLENGE ! but you know i can't resist a "every room is a different budget" or "every room is a different size" challenge! i love how this house turned out! hope you enjoy :)

That teen is sooo spoiled, she went through hobbies (and dropped them) faster than her parents could follow. Like, we knoww she hasn't touched that guitar in 5 years, none of the canvases were used and the table loom is just for show. But her parents just can't say no; whenever she sees a tiktok trend she just HAS to have it

You should do every room doubles in size and halves in budget so the rooms get bigger but the budget gets smaller

You should do every room shrinks in size but increases the budget so the rooms get smaller but the budget grows

Tip! When doing big budget rooms you can take the more expensive paintings with frames and place another picture on top of it so it looks like whatever picture you want has a super expensive frame!
Omg this house is like just normal enough to feel real enough, but unhinged enough to know that if you were to step foot in that house then you are never leaving again.

You should do a challenge where you make a floor plan but spin a wheel to decide which room is which. Like your big living room might end up being the bathroom or your entrance room could be a bedroom etc.

this house gives me the vibes of a bubbly girly youtuber whose still stuck in her 2000’s children phase who never got to have the bedroom of her dreams (which is the one you made that’s all bright colors) so when she became older,successful,& rich she made sure her house had a room that represents that;and the not so loud room is the guest room. She lives alone with her dog

9:06 thats a waxflower plant. it's easy to grow and it you ignore it just right....and then over water it - one time it may bless you with a flower.... the most sweet smelling flower- which really does look like it's made of wax

I feel soooooo called out I live in a house w roommates and my good vintage (late 2000s) Pyrex is in my bedroom because I’ve already had a Pyrex shatter when left out to be communally used 😂

You should do a challenge where you role for 1 room size (like 4 x 3 or 6 x 2 etc.) and every room in the home must be that room size. If you get 2 x 2 you can't role again or make it bigger. Even for a bedroom.
Honestly I spend a lot of time in my bedroom, practically my whole life is in this one bedroom and my dad only sleeps in his and spends most of his time in the rest of the house, so for us it was a no brainer that I got the bigger bedroom. My sister also did the same with her kids. She and her husband has the smallest bedroom, whilst their 3 kids have a larger one each
we had a large family and we always had the tv placed high up so people walking by would not block the tv for the other kids!

I'm new to your channel, but I love your building challenges. Have you considered doing the Fibonacci sequence build challenge? So each room is a square that's side lenght is a number in the Fibonacci sequence, like 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, ... and the floorplan should follow the typical Fibonacci plan/shape. I don't even know if it's possible, but it would be challenging for sure, I think :P

Could`ve added windows to the closet with the stuff on top and pretended the windows are glass sliding doors to access that top storage.
I might try this, though it feels impossible
