This is for a baby that’s 22 pounds and up so like a 8-10 month old baby so newborns can’t go there. Until they reach the 22 pounds :)

This model is from newborn to about 10 years or when they reach 120lbs. you just can't remove it if you have a newborn like the bucket seat.
