Phil, great video and thanks so much for putting this up. I jsut acquired a used Monitor last week and am debating what kind of servicing it mght need. Amazingly, this seems to be the only video out there on the subject!
Nice video and explanation of what your intentions were. The tips and "tricks" are invaluable to those of use on the same road as you just not as far along! Thank you for posting!! Susie is the gal that you will talk to at Scanmar, she is great to work with!!
You're welcome. I was just at the Scanmar shop last week getting rebuild parts and ordering their Pelagic autopilot to replace my ancient Autohelm 5000. Doing a major refit up here in the bay area over the next year or so and will be pointing her south to the BSC and hopefully Hawaii on return. @@PhilMacFarlane
