In Investigation, it is written as "investigation : as relevant". Does that mean any test can be done as required when we to go empanelled facility?

In ECHS empaneled hospital you have to pay package amount as per hospital charges. Thete is no free operation treatment in hospital. empaneled

Is referral required before admitting in empaneled hospital during emergency condition? Can we get a referral after getting admitted and before discharge so that we don't require to pay the money and it's covered under the cghs system?

meri mom ja abhi ovary removal operation hua gyeanology k under to uske liye 2 din to phle test hue h or 1 din jis din admit kiya h to No. of consultation 3 ho gye h now ab dobara 10 march ko doctor ne bulaya h to us consultation k liye kya procedure hoga ya vo issi me referral se ho jaayega!!!!????
