bhai yeh aapki pay aur pension key hisab say hota.as per rule, NCOs in general ward,
JCOs in semi delux and officers are treated in delux ward. this also has been mentioned in ur ECHS card also.secondly this laws/rules also applied to other central govt employees.

Still this system is very complicated. This requires a lot of improvements. ECHS beneficiaries should step in any empanelled hospital with his ECHS card and get the treatment of any Kind of ailments, with consultation, surgery and required medicines any time . There should not be any need to get the referral.

In emergency cases there should be provision to get immediate treatment directly from impanellled hosp without bringing referral from echs, referral should be asked obtained by impaneled hosp from echs during treatment period.

अगर ECHS बंद कर दिए जाए और सीधे impelled हॉस्पिटल में इलाज और दवाई मिले तो सरकार का बहुत फायदा होगा ,ECHS में ना दवाई मिलती है ,उनके कानून अलग है,डॉक्टर और स्टाफ का पैसा भी बचेगा वहा , छांटकर निकम्मे भर्ती किए गए है
ECHS सिर्फ एक हत्था है आत्मगालिज है जिन जवानों ने देश की सेवा की हो, उन्हें सम्मान में दी सुविधा जीरो है वैसे भी एलोपैथी चिकित्सा जान लेने तुली है एक सैनिक का ट्रीटमेंट नेचरोपैथी में होना चाहिए, एलोपैथी चिकित्सा में सिर्फ जांच होनी चाहिए अगर किसी को बुरा लगे, मुझे काल कर सकता है मैं बताऊंगा एलोपैथी कैसे हत्था है

Sir, I am away from ECHS polyclinic for about 100 Kms. It is very difficult to get a referral every time because at that center there is no any good Hospital and we have to go again about a hundred kms in the opposite direction for treatment. So we have to travel every time about 400 Kms for impaneled hosp to get trt. it is not possible in one day. this is our problem. Nowadays we have got so many advanced internet facilities. So if it is possible to get a referral online it will be better for us as I am 72 yrs old. Thank you for your good information.

कहने के अनुसार दवा जो लेना है वह दवा अपने पालीक्लीनिक सेन्टर से ही लेना पड़ेगा।यह बात समझ में नहीं आता है कि जो प्राइवेट हास्पीटल या नजदीकी डाक्टर इलाज करता है वह जो दवा इस्तेमाल किया है वह 85 किलोमीटर दूर अपने पालीसेन्टर से कैसे दवा ले सकेगा ।बीमार आदमी की क्षमता तो नहीं है कि रात में अचानक कोई बेहोशी की हालत में है तो हम कैसे वहां तक पहुंच सकते हैं ?
मेरा घर 86 किलोमीटर जनपद बलिया जहां हमारा सेन्टर है अचानक कोई सीरीयस बिमारी हो गया तो रात में तो गांव का आदमी अपने नजदीकी डाक्टर के पास जाएगा। कोई भी लिस्टेड हास्पीटल तक नहीं पहुंच सकता है वह तत्काल राहत के जगह पहुंचेगा। ऐसे कई हमारे आसपास के भूतपूर्व सैनिक मर चुके हैं या प्राइवेट चिकित्सा कराने में लाखों रुपए खर्च कर देते हैं लेकिन अपने ECHS सेन्टर नहीं पहुंच सकते हैं। यह व्यवस्था का फायदा लेना क्या सम्भव है जो इतना दूर है।
मैं अपना उदाहरण देता हूं मैं ग्राम -सोनाडीह-- तहसील -बेल्थरारोड जनपद-बलिया --उत्तरप्रदेश का रहने वाला हूं। यहां से ECHS केंद्र 85 किलोमीटर दूर है तहसील एक टाउन एरिया है जहां नाम के लिए एक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र है। बलिया जाने के लिए कोई रेलवे सुविधा नहीं है । बेल्थरा रोड 10 कि मी दूर है ।म ऊ जनपद 40 कि मीटर और रेल से 1 घंटे में पहुंच सकते हैं और बलिया से मऊ ही लोग आते हैं ।म ऊ ही बलिया का भी मेडिकल हब है। हमारे यहां से 20 कि मी चारों तरफ क्षेत्र के लोग म ऊ ही जाते हैं। लेकिन म ऊ जिला होने के बावजूद भी कोई ECHS Center नहीं है।हर पूर्व सैनिक भौगोलिक स्थिति के कारण बलिया जाने की कोशिश नहीं करते हैं क्योंकि बलिया जाना ही बहुत कठिन है। मैं 2013 से मानसिक डिप्रेशन की दवा हर चार माह की दवा 1300 रुपए में ले आता हूं। मैं Command Hospital Lucknow के मनोरोग विशेषज्ञ से भी दवा लिया और म ऊ वाली दवा को दिखाया जिससे मैं ठीक हूं लेकिन वहां के कर्नल डाक्टर साहब ने वही फार्मूले की दवा बता कर दवा दिया लेकिन एक सप्ताह बाद ही मैं म ऊ की दवा से चार साल बाद भी मैं ठीक हूं तो म ऊ की ही दवा से हूं जो अन्य कहीं नहीं मिलती है। अभी मैं 78 साल की उम्र में हूं । स्वस्थ हूं किन्तु कभी कभी मौसम के आधार पर पत्नी और मैं कफ जकड़न के चपेट में आने पर या ज्यादा मजबूरी में म ऊ जाना पड़ता है। कभी जनपदीय ECHS पर फोन करने पर दिन में दो बजे तक तो कभी कभी कोई मिल जाए नहीं तो अक्सर कोई फोन ही नहीं उठता है।यह जो सरकारी स्पताल है वैसे ही हालत इनका है।यह 1000 रूपए मासिक मेडिकल एलाउंस कट जाते हैं । यह होना चाहिए कि कोई भी स्थानीय सरकारी डॉक्टर कहीं रीफर करता और बिल भुगतान कर दिया जाता जो ECHS केन्द्र अधिकारियों से फोन पर सूचना तक सीमित होता और फोन के पश्चात कोई समय सीमा होती जो रोगी के नार्मल होने पर की जाती और आगे दवा लेने के लिए अपने केन्द्र पर जाकर भुगतना पाने और आगे से केंद्र से वही दवा उपलब्ध कराई जाती जो डाक्टर द्वारा चल रही है।

रुड़की ECSHमें तो कहा गया है कि अब बिल जमा नही होंगे उन का कहना हैं कि दवा हम खरीदैगे क्या ये ठीक है ।
दवा मिलती नही हैं डाक्टर 8रखे हैं पूरा पैसा तो उन की payमें चलाजाता है तो दवा कहा से मिलेगी ऐसा बुरा हाल है ECSH का आप से प्राथर्ना है मेरी बात आगे पहुचाने की कृपा करैगे।

Once admitted through ECHS empanneled hospital instead providing semi pvt ward they provided general wd though ECHS payment made according to grade pay Gp =4200 AND MY RANK SGT ( MACP) DOD 1 DEC 2014 after 29! Yrs of service Requested to update current policy for same. As it concerns all those in the same category

महोदय, पुर्व सैनिक का ईलाज MH मे अँडमीट होकर होना चाहीए। ईलाज के लिये जोखर्चा लगेगा ओ ECHS से MH को देना चाहीए, ऐसा सिस्टीम होना चाहीए।
a. To mitigate the difficulties for Ex- servicemen in general and for those above 75 years of age, according to reports, one is not required to visit either Delhi cant. Hospital or RR Hospital and could directly go to Authorized Hospitals, but they are required to depend upon Defense dispensary/RR Hospital for medicines /non availability certificate before going to Authorized Chemists. It is suggested that Authorized Hospitals may also provide medicines as Authorized Chemists, with suitable safeguards to prevent misuse or any leakage of funds.
b. In view of lockdown as a result of Corona virus scare, there is also an immediate need of a detailed circular on the facilities available to of ECHS card holders.
c. There is an immediate need to remove the flaws in ECHS beneficiary app to make it more users friendly.
Echs should be stopped,should be merge with army hospital,no need of doing all drama.
If ECHS beneficiary not want to take treatment through Military Hospital than they should be refer to empenalled Hospital. Because they are coming for treatment from various distance places which is away from MH. Except emergency
दवाई इंटरनल हॉस्पिटल में लिखा जाता है वहीं से चश्मा नहीं मिलता है इससे रोगी को क्या फायदा नहीं होता इसलिए बाहर से दवाई लेने का प्रावधान होना चाहिए

ECHS clinic Yamunanagar dental officer is not doing RCT and also not referring to the panelled hospital. She told me to get it done in private. We are not doing it due to corona. If you want to remove the tooth to get sugar test. Sugar test ki was also not available at ECHS neither I got prescribed medition from ECHS. He told that medicine is not available. You can imagine the standard of treatment at ECHS. In corona private clinics can do RCT but ECHS can't.
Medicine is generallynot being received. in full from ECHS poli clinic. They say you purchase from civil and put up papers for reimbursement. To avoid hardship to members ECHS may alow to get such medicines from Empanelled hosp to avoid hardship to ECHS members. Empanelled hosp will put up bill direct to ECHS.

When echs is issuing referral letter, it would be better if they just mention consulting and investigation it would be better. Yesterday I had been to emplanneled along with referral letter . To my surprise I was asked to pay for consultation plus Dr had prescribed extra blood test done other than the one prescribed earlier so i had to shell out extra 1000/- bucks even with all the documents. Please reply after all we cannot foreseen what tests the drs prescribe before hand. Pl direct the echs polyclinic Dr to write the department and further necessary investigation if any. So it would be helpful for all.

Sir, echs se refer hone ke bad jo specialist doctor jo medicine aur injuction likhta hai wah medicine echs me nahi milta hai. Echs ke doctor apni man ke motabik dawa lekhte hain. Puchhane par kah dete hain ki specialist ka likh huaa dawai nahi hai. Aur wah dawa bahar se agar kharidta hai to us medicine ka paisa bhi echs me nahi diya jata hai. To sir sujhaw dein ki jawan kya kare.

Non listed tests when they are referring to get it done out side , echs incharge rejects like MRI test. What is the next step. Medicines even on 1st of the month also not available. Kindly make a note Sanctioning ECHS policlinc Malad without Considering the peak hours/ Mixing RUSH hours and ECHS Policlinic Visiting hours of Mumbai local Railway specifically on Western Suburbs Mumbai has proved your monopoly which has also created Havoc and Commotion amongst Sick Senior Citizen Veteran. Kind attention Coming from MALAD towards VASAI is easy and far better then going.
Secondly it is very natural who serve more will be promoted accordingly and it's a natural processes of adminstration for internal management for which you jointly want to punish us for the rest of our life . Kindly make a note again we also have SACRIFICED OUR GOLDEN PIORED for the nation and restarted our career in a new culture of administration , also NOTE AGAIN this is not our fault and we are suffering from both administration procedures due to number of years service.

There is no insulin 30 mixtured pen is being issued by ECHS command hospital BANGALORE....and they are telling the patient to go for purchase at their own and submit bills for reimbursement..actually it is a routine non availability 8nsulin pen 30 mixtured in ECHS CH BANGALORE...For info of concerned authority and necessary providing of insulin 30 mixtured accordingly for the insulin dependent patients

Empanelled hospital is having prior approval of competent authority therefore echs approval need not to be obtained which is only harrashment. If necessary then an amount of expenditure upto which empaneled hospital can give treatment without approval of echs should be fixed which will help both the patient and undue workload on echs please.

After having referral letter, charging any fees by the empanelled hospital is totally illegal.
Dental x-ray also you have get done outside by paying money. No facilities available at ECHS and no referal for dental x-ray. Ye treatment hai.

Same way empanelled hospitals are also not giving X-Ray film to the individual. They say that it will go with your file for claiming bill. I have told this issue to ECHS. But OiC said that you may have said something wrong to doctor. Means sab mile hue hain.
Very good information. However, It is a humble request that treatment of all ECHS members in panelled Hosp should be cash less.
